Appartamento molto particolare, accogliente, riservato, in una zona tranquilla e comoda per spostamenti a piedi, vicino inoltre ai mezzi di trasporto. Nicola è stato molto disponibile, sia per il check in, che durante il soggiorno. Consigliato!

Siamo stati ospiti della proff Filomena nella primavera che sboccia. La sua casa è immersa in un piccolo parco recintato in cui convivono alti pioppi e alberi da frutto. Magnifiche giornate soleggiate ci hanno accompagnato alla scoperta del Parco e un caldo focherello ci accoglieva ristoratore al rientro, insieme alle leccornie che la nostra host ci aveva lasciato nel più puro spirito di ospitalità. L’atmosfera è magica! La nostra cagnolona Cora, ammaliata, ha apprezzato i croccantini lasciati per lei e si è goduta una grande libertà protetta! La casa è perfettamente attrezzata sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Pulitissima e super accogliente. La posizione è invidiabile sotto ogni aspetto e la conoscenza del territorio di Filomena ci hanno fatto godere al massimo quel poco tempo che avevamo preventivato, ma abbiamo già prenotato per il viaggio di ritorno per un soggiorno più lungo. Filomena ci ha offerto davvero un mondo incantato e ricco di affettività! Grazie e a presto!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mirella’s home, and she is an incredible host! From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt completely at home. The house is inviting and cozy, with a spectacular outdoor terrace that makes it the perfect retreat. The views and location are amazing—just steps away from our favorite beach, and an easy drive to several other beautiful beaches. We truly felt like we discovered a hidden gem and can’t wait to return!

Geweldig verblijf gehad! De broer van Maria (buurman) ontving ons en was super vriendelijk. We kregen verschillend fruit uit de tuin! Het privéstrand is op minder dan 5min lopen. Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, super schoon en ruim opgezet. We hebben hier heerlijke dagen gehad. Tuin is ook goed omheind dus fijn met de hond.

This is a hidden gem! The most beautiful house in a stunning location. Totally tranquil and amazing hosts. Wish we could have stayed longer!

it was a very lovely stay. Civita is a very beautiful and peaceful village. just make sure to not drive a SUV there as the streets are quite narrow and don't trust Google maps! but the visit is well worth it, we would already wish to go again

We werden ontvangen door de schoonvader die ons hielp met de koffers. De woning is heel ruim met een groot terras waar je een schitterend uitzicht hebt. Het bed slaapt prima, douche ook fijn. Het is een klein knus dorpje met weinig faciliteiten. Daarvoor moet je naar beneden rijden. Let op, google stuurt je verkeerd, hou steeds links aan als je boven rijdt.

Die Unterkunft in Santa Maria ist sehr empfehlenswert: Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und der Garten ist romantisch. Man hört das Meer-Rauschen und zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Anna ist eine warme und hilfsbereite Persönlichkeit. Sie reagiert sofort und half uns auch bei einer abendlichen Lärmbelästigung noch sehr. Kurzum: Bei einem Besuch an der Costa degli Dei ist das Haus in Santa Maria eine super Adresse - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank, Anna, für alles!

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille paisible et extrêmement agréable dans ce logement. Le logement est parfaitement conforme à sa description et nous a hébergés très confortablement (4 personnes). La belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la plage privée à proximité immédiate garantissent de profiter au mieux d'une situation géographique privilégiée et d'un littoral parmi les plus beaux de toute la Calabre. Lucia a été une hôte parfaite et prévenante: réactive, cordiale, arrangeante et prodigue de conseils pour nous assurer un séjour réussi. Ce fut une très belle manière de clôturer nos vacances d'été et une expérience que nous serons ravis de renouveler dans le futur.

Siamo arrivate in treno io e la mia amica e Vittoria ci è venuta a prendere in macchina e ci ha portati subito alla casa. La casa rispettava le descrizioni di Vittoria e ci siamo trovate molto bene. Vittoria molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolto in maniera amichevole ed è sempre stata disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Ci ha anche dato vari consigli su dove e cosa visitare e ci ha anche consigliato di prendere un motorino per i spostamenti, siccome la zona è piuttosto un sali e scendi e non pianeggiante. Eravamo vicine al mare e le spiaggie erano a poca di stanza con il motorino. Vista impeccabile dalla casa, si è circondati proprio anche dalla natura. Si ha anche la piscina e un bar. È stata veramente fantastica Vittoria ci ha proprio accolto come se fossimo a casa nostra. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole alloggiare a Ricadi.

This place is in an amazing spot—right by the mountains, surrounded by beautiful nature, and with the sea just in front of you. The sunsets were absolutely unforgettable. The property is super well kept, with a lovely garden and a great pool to relax in. Marcello was always quick to respond and really helpful with tips for the area. But the real star is Mariana—always smiling, super kind, and always checking in to make sure we were happy. She made the stay feel extra special. We had such a great time here and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway!

Overall this place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views and and amazing outdoor area that we took full advantage of, including the relaxing outdoor shower. Private parking and a quick drive to anywhere you needed to get to. I would highly recommend staying here 10/10

Toller Ort mit tollem Blick. Restaurants in Laufdistanz. Meer zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung in der Küche sollte etwas mehr sein …. Daher hier und da einen Stern Abzug.

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

Dal momento che siamo arrivati al momento che siamo partiti, Alessandro è stato un host assolutamente fantastico. Al nostro arrivo, ci ha accolto personalmente, aiutandoci con i bagagli e facendoci fare un tour del suo splendido appartamento. Ci ha anche fornito ottimi consigli per la colazione e le spiagge vicine da visitare. Durante il nostro soggiorno, Alessandro è stato prontamente disponibile a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande ogni volta che gli abbiamo inviato un messaggio. L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi da spiagge meravigliose, ha una vista incredibile sul mare e una grande terrazza che era perfetta per guardare il tramonto o per prendere il nostro caffè al mattino. Non vediamo l’ora di prenotare di nuovo questo bellissimo appartamento!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles was man braucht. Nah am Meer richtig toll und sehr sauberes Wasser Ende Mai vor der Saison. Ein Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar die Pizza dort ist super aber auch die Fischgerichte. Ab 01.06 ist auch am Strand eine Bar und am Wochenende die Jugaad Lounge sehr gemütlich. Das wir direkt am Eingangstor des Hauses waren hat uns nicht gestört. Es gibt Liegen und einen Strandschirm wenn ihr den Schirmständer mit zum Strand nehmt fliegt nichts weg. Es gibt tolle Gelaterias und Restaurants in Davoli max 10min mit dem Auto. Wir hatten perfekte 7 Tage und haben nur den Pool der am 01.06. befüllt sein sollte ein wenig vermisst. Die Menschen dort und die fantastische Landschaft haben uns entschädigt. ;-)

Really nice spot. Simple, clean and right at the (almost private) beach. Fresh agricultural produce by roadside farmers 4 minutes by car. Roger is usually closeby and always approachable for questions and help.

Simply amazing place! The house is surrounded by the olive grove and nature. The place is private and quiet, equipped with everything we needed during our holidays. Andrea could not be more helpful giving guidance on local amenities and places of interests and answering very quickly our questions. As others said - it was really hard to come back to reality:) Highly recommended.

Dejligt hus i olivenlund. Smuk udsigt. Veludstyret køkken. Gioditta var en god vært, svarede hurtigt og hentede os da vi var kørt forkert. Følg instruksen med vejen. Man kan ikke bruge Google Maps, hvis man kommer fra syd. Dejlig gåtur til landsby. Vi fik lov at se på olivenhøsten. Jeg vil anbefale stedet, hvis man har brug for ro og fred.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Mario und Natalia haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gab extra Kuchen und limoncello, beides sehr köstlich. Ebenfalls war der Kühlschrank mit Milch und Saft gefüllt, Kaffeekapseln,Wasser und Tee sowie Marmelade alles vorhanden. Der Strand ist super. Wir haben gar icht viel anderes gemacht. Dort zu schnorcheln war genial .

Ein wunderschönes Appartement direkt am Strand, bestens ausgestattet, mit Parkplatz in einem abgezäunten Areal. Anfang Mai war ich zeitweise alleine am Strand, beste Aussicht nach Pizzo und bei guter Sicht konnte man die Umrisse der Vulkaninsel Stromboli sehen. Pizzo ist ein wundervolles Städtchen am Berghang, viele verwinkelte Gassen und mindestens sieben Eiscafes, die für sich in Anspruch nehmen, das weltweit bekannte Tartuffo Eis erfunden zu haben. (Mein Tipp: Gelateria Morino am Hauptplatz, mir hat das "Vulcanetto" am besten geschmeckt)

Spędziliśmy rodzinnie tygodniowy pobyt w Litore Domus. Podróżowaly z nami dwa psy, które zostały również przyjęte z entuzjazmem. Dom jest nowy, przestronny i urządzony ze smakiem. Położony jest w świetnej lokalizacji nad samym morzem. Pod domem jest możliwość zaparkowania samochodu. Gospodarz Alberto jest przemiłą, uśmiechnietą osobą zawsze chętną do pomocy. Mam nadzieję, że będziemy mieli możliwość spotkać się ponownie.

Die Lage der Wohnung war wunderbar zentral gelegen - mitten im Herzen von Pizzo. Wir waren über die Osterfeiertage im Ort und konnten somit die Prozessionen mit verfolgen - sogar vom Balkon der Wohnung aus. Pizzo ist ein sehr schöner Ort mit großem italienischem Flair und sympathischen Einwohnern. Auch der Strand ist schön. Der Blick zum Meer ist grandios und es war alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist ein seperater Raum, was sehr praktisch ist. Als wir einmal ein Problem mit dem Fenster hatten, war Stefania sofort zur Stelle. Als Entschädigung hat sie uns köstliche Pasticcini hinterlassen. Sie hat sofort auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und war uns sehr hilfreich. Zu Beginn hat sie uns einen Parkplatz reserviert. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit in Pizzo.

Anna Maria's apartment was fantastic, very spacious and clean. She and her husband picked us up at the train station, which we are very grateful for. The apartment has everything you could need for a short or long stay. We didn't have a car, so to get to the city center we had to take a walk or a bus, there were several. We are very happy that we found this apartment and were able to stay there.
