We have an incredible Franciscan is a love and Isabel who takes care of the cabin and is also there very worried about everything. The place is super close to the village but is in the woods with priceless tranquility. When we arrived Marcelino had us the woods on fire and was warm exquisite. They were all very worried about my guagua because it was really raining the best experience!! We'll be back anyways!

Carla and Jorge's house is absolutely beautiful and has been very well designed. It's brand new and built to a high standard. The kitchen has everything you need from frying eggs to baking a cake. Great pans, utensils and equipment. The living room which is part of an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining room is extremely comfortable and you have access to numerous streaming platforms. The beds and linens are all very comfy and they are also very high quality. The house is far enough from town to have a countryside feel, but close enough to not be inconvenient. As an added plus, Carla and Jorge are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We've stayed in over 100 AirBnbs. The house and experience is right at the top of the list. We loved our time there and plan to return in the future. Enjoy!

The stay was wonderful. The place was spotless, exactly as in the pictures: clean and very well kept. I especially highlight the attention to detail, such as having air-conditioned the space before our arrival and having the coffee maker ready to enjoy a coffee upon arrival. The environment is idyllic and the house is perfectly connected for a family stay. Everything was excellent. We will definitely be back soon.

Francisco is an excellent host, very concerned at all times and the cabin is a luxury, we felt right at home, it was warm when we arrived, very comfortable... we would come back if or if at another opportunity... the environment is very private and nice, being among the middle of nature in a place so modern, 100% recommended.

Carmen Paz built a unique place, in an environment with a beauty and tranquility recedoras. The house is a true refuge immersed in nature, where you feel calm and relaxed, immediately connecting to the place. Carmen Paz was always attentive to our requirements, showing concern for what you spend your stay in the best possible way. It's definitely a place we want to go to again at another time, no matter the time of year, I think the seasons there have each their charm. It's just as it appears in the pictures, I would definitely come back. It has an unparalleled view and is very close to the city and supermarkets. A cabin that has what it takes to make a vacation a very good stay.

The house is modern, comfortable, the rooms are large, the beds are excellent, the view is beautiful, you can walk to the center and the waterfront, everything is close, 3 bathrooms, which are appreciated, 😅 the kitchen is very well equipped and basic things in the pantry that save you when you arrive. The exquisite heating!! And Karla is super attentive to everything, 10 out of 10, 100% recommended And as a fact, there is a minimarket 4 houses away.

Fantastic flat! We stayed 4 days. Clean, beautiful, wooded location and close to the center, you can walk, about 10 to 15 minutes. Hosts were very helpful! Bed is a 10, large and comfortable. Equipped kitchen, TV with many options and good internet. I would definitely come back! Thank you!!

An excellent and pleasant stay. The place was beautiful, close to many warehouses and a beautiful view from the park towards the volcano. The accommodation is close to the center of Villarrica by walking. Nothing to say about the host, great host. The place is 100% recommended, the dpto comes with everything you need for rest during a nice vacation in Pucón, very clean, tidy, spacious, comfortable, cozy. The condominium is super cute, quiet, very quiet, very beautiful green areas, easy access and close to the center of Pucón. On the other hand Felipe is very attentive, always responds quickly, he gives you very clear directions from the 1st moment, excellent communication. I would undoubtedly stay there when I returned to Pucón... Recommended with my eyes closed.

Excellent place to spend a few days in Pucon. Having a washing machine was a plus for us. Very organized, with a stove and plenty of bedding in case of cold days, a very spacious refrigerator and a well-equipped kitchen. Recommended!

Comfortable accommodation, I traveled alone and had no difficulties. In particular, the location was useful to me, because by car you can get to the center of Pucón, Villarrica and the foot of the volcano in a short time. Paula's instructions were clear and she is very kind.

The place is located only 5 minutes from downtown Pucon by car. The apartment is very nice and spacious in the common spaces and the kitchen has everything so you can prepare breakfast or dinners. The apartment is nice and we found it comfortable for two people. We had what we needed (to cook, work online, etc.). In June, the environment was very calm. I would come back. Rommy was very kind and gave us the necessary information.

Very rich days in Villarrica. The location was incredible and the apartment was impeccable. The only thing is that the parking lot is far away and it's not covered. For us, who were with a baby, it was difficult because of the rain. Other than that, everything was extraordinary!

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, neat, comfortable, just enough for two roads like ours. The area although it is far from the center the surroundings are beautiful in a wooded area. An uber from the center rises between 2000 and 2500 Chilean pesos. In the concierge there are always people and they are all very friendly when you make inquiries, in our case we are Uruguayans and first time we visited the region. Just as a thing for Gustavo to consider correcting some detail in the shower that falls the stand and some water that splashes from the bathtub out. In general terms we had a very nice stay and we love the city.
