Very well-equipped, clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. It met all our needs (family of 4). On the other hand, Felipe was very attentive to answering our questions at all times.

The apartment is really complete, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Bicycles to explore a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris is a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.

The apartment and condominium are very nice and have many services! The host was very nice and flexible with our needs. We recommend going by car to spend several days, to be able to take advantage of the common spaces of the condominium and not have problems when moving inside and outside the condominium.

If you're looking for a place to stay in Panguipulli … this is it !!!! Our stay has definitely been spectacular, Loreto has left us everything we need to have a nice vacation, the environment is really amazing and the house has all the necessary amenities. I would definitely come back. Just as a recommendation, if you go with young children you have to be careful with the terrace railings and stairs and also consider that the house has cameras in all its spaces.

We spent 10 days at Patricio's house. We were 9 people and we were always very comfortable. The view of Lake Neltume is second to none. Rich terrace to share as a family, beautiful gardens, ample space to leave the cars. Access to the lake and above all a lot of tranquility. There are many things to visit in the surroundings, such as the Huilo Huilo Biological Reserve (different portals that offer self-guided activities), Puerto Fuy, Lago Pirihueico. Also Panguipulli, the Mocho Choshuenco National Reserve, among many other attractions. I 100% recommend Patricio's house for large groups and for those looking for tranquility and privacy.

The view from the cabin is one of the most striking shows that we have to see: the Volcan Villarrica, the lagoon, the native forests and mountains, are greeted every morning in an amazing way. The location is ideal for those who want to be away from ka saturación de Coñaripe. Aca only you see and hear nature. We spent two nights as a family, with my husband and 3 teenagers. The apartment is beautiful and clean, overlooking the lake and the volcano! The beach is next door! You can go back to the depa in the bathroom or look for something to eat. We stayed there as the beach is beautiful, with shades and sun loungers!
