Monica and Marco are lovely hosts. The apartment is ideally located with a nice garden, close to the city center, excellent base for visiting Florence, Pisa, Siena etc. The apartment is impeccably clean, spacious, functional, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We warmly recommend this vacation rental which is a pearl and where we had a lovely stay. Thanks Monica and Marco.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing views out to sea, rural location in bucolic Tuscan countryside. Dilvo was a very friendly host. The accommodation is very clean and functional, but the best part is sat having a beer looking out to Corsica and having a bbq in the beautiful garden.

The house is exactly as in the photos, cozy and clean. We asked for something and the host was very helpful and very precise. We ate at a place recommended by the guide and it was a great dinner. Everything very pleasant. Highly recommended and thank you

Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. We had a fantastic weekend in this central apartment in Livorno! The location is truly ideal: a few steps from the central market, the canals of Venezia Nuova, Piazza Mazzini, and all the services at your fingertips. The apartment is modern, very clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and impeccable. Check-in was easy and the host was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us useful tips on what to see and where to eat in the area.

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

If you go by car, the parking lot is not very close We had a lot of luggage!!! But getting to the apartment is an Oasis!!!

Our stay was fantastic! As a couple needing a break from a long start to the year, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. Nestled in between fields and olive trees, we felt completely at home, the view from the deck was stunning and listening to the different sounds at night, from our private hot tub with a bottle of wine was perfect! We made several day trips to Volterra, Lucca and even Florence from the cabin, though definitely wake up early if you’re planning to venture further out! Would definitely recommend hiring a car if you’re going to stay here! 10 out of 10 stay! Thanks Pino!

I stayed at Massimo's to go to a concert nearby. The house proved to be easy to reach and equipped with all the elements to make me feel comfortable

very nice and sweet lady at the reception, quiet families around. a place where you can easily switch off. everything was very clean.

The farmhouse is a fairytale nest! Tiziana is Alessandro, they make you feel at home, as if you had always known them. You are a few miles from many different beaches but you feel out of the crowds, like a private one. We will definitely be back!

Nice and cozy apartment, not too far from the center. Chiara and Marco were always responsive and helpful. We also appreciate the self check-in. Only downside is that the neighbourhood is a bit shabby. But overall we enjoyed our stay there :).

We enjoyed staying with our children very much. You could relax wonderfully in the quiet environment, while the children liked to play on the grounds. The place was lovingly decorated and very clean. Highly recommended if you are looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We were delighted with the accommodation, the beautiful town of Peccioli (!!!) and the great Tuscan surroundings! The accommodation is great and nothing is missing... the beds are cozy, the decor is very nice and in the beautiful grotto we relaxed after eventful days. The location of the accommodation is great... Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca... all easily accessible within an hour by car! ...and we only met Alessandra briefly on arrival, but that was very nice and everything uncomplicated! Definitely a full five stars and a clear recommendation!!! This is how Tuscany works 👍

Very nice apartment, nicely decorated with a very large terrace with jacuzzi and possibility to sit in shade. Great for cooling off after day trips. It was a wonderful place to stay. Baker, vegetable shops and a few small supermarkets nearby and old center of Lucca within walking distance. Nice shower and good bed. Great air conditioning. Free parking a few hundred meters away and also possible in front of the door for a fee.

It was an all-around great experience in a beautiful place surrounded by the nature of Tuscany. The contact in advance of the trip was straightforward and there was an accurate description of the arrival. Marcella welcomed us very well on site and told us a lot about the accommodation and possibilities of leisure activities in the area. Good restaurant tips were also included. The apartment is very nice and simply furnished and is complemented by its own small terrace where you can sit in the sun in the morning. We would love to come back anytime and highly recommend this Airbnb! :)
