Very nice and clean place! It had all the right furniture - small sofa for lounging, small table for dining or working, comfy bed - well thought of design! Host was also quick to respond and very accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay here. Place is more pleasant in reality than in photos. Beautiful surrounding, clean and spacious room. Complete with freebies. Hosts were responsive and provided clear information and instructions.

The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, accommodating all our requests. The property itself was comfortable and equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Its location near UPLB is a huge plus, making it a great spot for anyone looking to hike Mt. Makiking.

This was the best AirBnB I’ve stayed at in a long time. Not only was it a very nice place, the hosts were also very friendly and responsive. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to the area!

The place is the same as described and the pictures in the ads. The staff in Wind are friendly as well. Mark was also helpful as accommodating with requests.

I had a great stay at this condo! The unit was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — fast Wi-Fi, cold air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. I felt safe and at home during my entire stay. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located space in the city. Hope to book again soon!

Host was easy to communicate with, is proactive, and provides precise details to assist us in our stay. It’s a pretty great community because they also have sari sari stores and small businesses that offer food and drinks. Place is super close to EK and their condo parking is just outside the building

Aj has been a wonderful host. He’s very quick to respond in my inquiries. The place is situated just outside SM Santa Rosa so getting essentials and shopping is very easy. The place itself is well decorated and has comfortable mattress & pillows. Just a small thing - the place didn’t have any flat iron and ironing board available just in case you need to iron your clothes. But it wasn’t much of a big deal for us. Will recommend staying here and will definitely be staying here again.

The place was really nice and clean. We found ourselves constantly admiring the view, from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. It was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The host was very communicative from the time of booking all the way through checkout—super helpful and accommodating, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi would get slow at times, so we had to use mobile data occasionally, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tes’s place. Aside from being really nice and comfy, it was also really well thought out. Some of the things we loved: power sockets by the side of the bed for easy charging, as well as handy nook by the bed to keep small things, plenty of hooks for towels and such, a rack for hanging wet clothes/ swimwear, and most importantly, toys for kids (my kids loved these in particular). Tes was a great host and kept us informed with detailed instructions throughout the trip. I especially liked the convenience of being able to register inside Pico De Loro because the owner made himself available. All in all, 5 stars plus!! Already looking to book our next trip at this place. Thanks Tes and Monching for a really great stay!

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson! We had a wonderful stay for my sister's Bridal Shower! The place is cozy, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. It has all the amenities you could need, making it super comfortable and convenient.
