Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Calamba City

The house is good as new. It was so clean and tidy. Necessary things are provided. The caretaker was so reliable and kind. It's not hard to find the place and it's one trike away from everything you need. We enjoyed are stay!

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

Stayed here for two days including Christmas eve. Thank you John Michael and his caretaker Mam Lyn for a great stay and indeed a great Christmas. This is one of the few units in Serin that offers a great view. The unit has its own bedroom and a very spacious balcony. It is very clean and well-set up. You can do light cooking. Maluwag ang buong room. We have two kids and they pretty much enjoyed the whole space. Yung Serin Mall is literally just a stone-throw away. Tapat mismo ng lobby ng building ang Serin Mall. All things you need to buy, quick bites, etc you can go to serin mall. Lyn the caretaker was very accommodating. She was very easy to talk to. Wifi connection is not reliable , to be fair sa buong Tagaytay naman, di talaga maganda providers ng internet. We just used our own data connection to enjoy their nice tv. Malinis , mabango , complete amenities. Will definitely save this property. Salamat po sa pagpapatuloy sa amin.

Alcos residence is that place you’ll be happy to get back to after a long and tiring day. Every corner makes us feel at home—everything’s so clean, amenities are great, and the owners (Ate Dang and Kuya Ferdie) and caretaker (Ate Alice) are all responsive and accommodating. They even troubleshoot the shower the very moment we mentioned it! We had a trauma with transient houses before but Alcos residence made us believe that there are still gems out there! Plus, there’s a parking space too na visible sa CCTV ng owners. Thank you again for the comforting experience, more bookings po for you! 💕

Thank you Mars. Had an amazing stay at your place with just a short walk to Robinsons Plaza. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee, etc. including items needed for cooking such as oil, sauces and spices. The gazebo was great for our guests to celebrate my mother-in-laws 92nd birthday. The views overlooking Taal lake and volcano were beautiful. Thanks also to Maimai who was very helpful. If I ever come back to Tagaytay I will be booking your place. Thanks again Mars and Maimai.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.

Host is super easy to deal with. She’s promot and thorough on the details The place is perfect, it gave us a restful week as a family. Nicely interiored too and very clean Thank you! Place is very convinient since its near the gate, you'll never get lost.Just beside The Mills where you can do a lot of activities. Near nuvali and carmelray business park, i enjoyed jogging in morning and walking with my daughter in afternoon. Big place with a quiet neighborhood.

This was my second time staying in this listing and once again had a wonderful stay!. Would definitely recommend!!! Cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed in and wonderful host!!

The location is very easy to find. It's beside a mall and a catholic church. The place looks clean and it smells really good. I love it's big TV. Although there was no parking space, I didn't have any trouble because I was able to park my car in front of Carlo's Pizza without a charge and you also have an option to leave it to Ayala Mall for a fee. I would recommend this place to friends.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The place was also clean, aesthetic, and the layout matched the photos. The amenities were also complete and everything was well-organized. Another high note was that the hosts provided Netflix and Prime as well. Overall, the place was great and we’ll definitely book this place again.
