The beach is a 1 minute walk through the dunes by entering/exiting the private entrance. It's a perfect spot for a vacation to relax and have fun! It has a personal entrance with a common parking, the parking is a 2 minute walk. It has all important shops at a walking distance. Livorno is only a 15 minute drive away and around 20 minutes from Pisa airport.

"Casa Made in Story" is a large modern house with a separate entrance and 300 square meters of private garden. It has a large kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms and is equipped with 3 double bedrooms, which have been furnished with two double beds and two single beds. Depending on the needs of the guests, you can have 3 double beds. To these it is possible to add a bed in the living room (sofa bed), a camping bed and a Montessori bed (for children from 1 to 3 years).

It is part of the historic building, the former Principi di Piemonte colony, built in 1930 and renovated in 2000 without altering its original and characteristic style. The building is located right in front of the sea! You can access the beach through a pedestrian gate located a few steps from the apartment and you can choose between the free beach or one of the many equipped beaches.
