"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti. Accesso alla piscina condominiale (solo in estate) e parcheggio con posto assegnato.

Located in a historic complex, a former summer colony built in the 1930s, it is surrounded by a large private park with pine, holm oak and palm trees. The property was the setting of the Comencini film "Tutti a casa" with Alberto Sordi. From the internal gate, with a short walk through the Mediterranean scrub and sand dunes, you arrive directly at the sea and the free beach. The ideal stay for those who love the sea, nature and are intrigued by the echoes of history.

Loft inside the resort "Colonia Principi di Piemonte" on the second floor of a historic building with sea view, elevator, WI-FI and 3 private parking spaces inside the property. Large outdoor area with garden common to the entire resort, pool (to access you pay an entrance directly to the manager - price not included in the cost of the accommodation) and a bar/restaurant 10 km from Livorno and 20 km from Pisa with frequent public transport connections

Large modern house with garden, 300m from the sea

"Casa Made in Story" is a large modern house with an independent entrance and 300 square meters of garden. It has a large kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, and has 3 double bedrooms, which have been furnished with two double beds and two single beds. Depending on guests' needs, you can have 3 double beds. To these it is possible to add a bed in the living room (sofa bed), a camping bed and a Montessorian bed (for children from 1 to 3 years old).

Front-Row Seaside is a beautiful apartment, located in Calambrone, with an amazing view of the sea and fantastic sunsets! The beach is a 1 minute walk through the dunes by entering/exiting the private entrance. It's a perfect spot for a vacation to relax and have fun! It has a personal entrance with a common parking and it has all important shops at a walking distance. Livorno is only a 15 minute drive away and around 20 minutes from Pisa airport.
