Chino's place is in a quiet subdivision. Someone decided to have a loud karaoke session in the neighborhood on a Sunday but luckily you can't hear that inside the house. Nice modern interior with good wifi and complete TV app subscription: Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc. Only that we found 3 dead cockroaches inside the house when we checked in and 2 live ones the next day. But it's rainy season so they're going around. The ceiling is low so heads up (or down? :D ) if you're tall like my Dutch husband. It's on the information that you have to go down and up some steps to get to the houses so that's good to know. It wasn't that bad. We enjoyed staying in the apartment. A good find in Tagaytay!

The place was easy to find with the provided address. Staff was nice and very helpful with luggage. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and there are a couple balconies giving you a nice view of the area. The highlight however is the ability to go all the way upstair on top of the building giving you the best view of PN that i can think of, this will give you a beautiful view, especially at night.

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation with your family and friends in Pansol/Calamba Laguna, Celine’s place is the spot. Place is super clean, organize and well maintained. It’s like a secret garden with a natural hot spring pool and Jacuzzi. Kuya Joseph (caretaker) is also very nice and helpful. Make sure to use Celine’s instruction on how to get to the house for the address shown on the listing is a bit confusing. My family and I had a great time and we will definitely comeback. I highly recommend Celine’s place!

Second time staying here and the experience is even better than the last! Peaceful and perfect for relaxation. It was hard to leave the room haha. Looking forward to staying here again!

I would highly recommend this place especially to those who have pets as they can freely roam the yard and have fun as well. The place also has a lot of restaurants that you can order from, and is also near malls. We had fun as well, thank you.

We had a good time at Chinos place and even extend our stay. This place is great for both working and sightseeing. It was clean, safe and comfy. Janice help us with all requests. Chinos Mom was so kind and gave us many hints for traveling the Philippines. 😊👍🏻 We will come back once we are again in Tagaytay.

Our team had a great time! There were ocassional power outage but the caretaker is just beside the property, he gave us rechargeable lights, the owner is also very helpful, we left an item and we hope to get it back. we also made an internal arrangement. We'd love go back maybe with our families.

This place is beautiful, peaceful, and super spacious. Definitely feels like a home away from home! ❤️ I love how the pool and kitchen are thoughtfully placed apart from the main house. The pool is refreshing (maybe a little too cold if you’re not visiting in summer!), it starts at around 5ft+ deep for adults and has a kiddie area for the little ones to enjoy. Loved the big smart TV with Netflix, plus they sell handy extras like baby floaters, liquor or wine. One minor downside is that the loft area gets hot during the day—it would be great if they could fix or replace the aircon upstairs beyond just electric fans. Thankfully, it cools down nicely in the evening. Also, mosquitoes can be a bit of a bother at night, so don’t forget repellents, especially for the kids! Given the open space and surrounding trees, it’s understandable, but maybe they could do something to help minimize them. Overall, a super relaxing spot with everything you need for a fun getaway. ☺️

We enjoyed our stay! Ms Ellen was accommodating and let us check in early. Kuya Bernie, the caretaker, was super helpful— gave us clear directions to locate the house and offered to buy rice for us. The place is spacious, with a big pool at the center that’s heated! The bedrooms are clean but the AC had a difficult time cooling the room (prolly bcoz of the heat?) so we all slept on the floor near the aircon vent. The mirror in the bathroom is spotty so you cant see your reflection properly. The ref had a sour smell (like kimchi) that was absorbed by some of our food. There was also a stray cat who ate our loaf of bread and some snacks on the table.

Our stay was fun and the host made our check in, check out, and stay easy. The place is extremely clean. Wifi is good. Amenities are amazing! Everything we needed, they provided. Host provided lots of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Area is also very accessible for grab and food panda deliveries. Host would always check on us and would ask if we need anything without hovering. The best thing is that the place is pet friendly which is a priority for us. Will definitely refer this place.

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful place, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Nestled in the heart of nature, it provided the perfect retreat for relaxation and bonding. The surroundings were lush and serene, making it an ideal spot to disconnect from the bustle of everyday life. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable and at home. Their warmth and hospitality added a special touch to our experience, making our stay even more memorable. We loved the free buko juice! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with outstanding service and the chance to immerse yourself in nature, I highly recommend this place. Me and my family had so much fun. It was a delightful experience, and we can’t wait to return!

We only had one issue, such as the inflexibility of the check-in process. We traveled from Lipa, some from San Juan, Batangas, and couldn't anticipate our exact arrival time at the venue. We weren't allowed in and had to wait outside the gate, even though the place was clean, and there were no other visitors. kahit sana sa loob para makaupo man lang kasi may couch naman don. They said we couldn't enter until exactly 7 pm. Another concern arose during check-out when they claimed there was damage to the fridge, which wasn't checked during our check-in, and we were asked to pay 300 pesos. Despite these issues, we had an enjoyable time overall. Perhaps they should consider improving flexibility with check-in procedures. Thank you, Joy!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described, cozy and clean. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The cabin was tucked away in a beautiful, serene location, exactly what I needed to unwind. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home!

First of all, we would like to thanks Sir Chino for being so responsive, even though some of my questions are for verifications sa details. Also, would like to thanks Sir Benjie for being so welcoming and responsive as well. We really like the place. My husband and I wanted to take a quick break and Amadeo Farmhouse made it possible. The place was neat and clean. We live in Laguna so we really enjoyed the Onsen hehe it feels like the hotsprings here. We had a great sleep and rest. And my husband really like the interior of the place as well hehe it is very cmfortable to stay at. Over all, we highly recommend Sir Chino’s place and would definitely go back if time permits.

We had our honeymoon in El Jardin last 2022, and 3 years later, we came back with our baby. Everything was almost the same- actually more things available this time (like the coffee machine and the common areas). Still romantic and homey as we remembered it. The outside of the subdivision is also favorable as the store is just right there and there were so many cafes and restaurants nearby. The caretaker was so helpful and very friendly ❤️ We wish to comeback soon. Thank you so much Sir Chino and Mi Abuela fam for another memorable stay.

Had a fabulous stay at Chino’s place. We wanted somewhere relaxing and quiet to stay after a long drive before attending an event in the area the following day. It met all our needs and more in this regard. It was easy to find using the WAZE pin provided, had good parking and the caretaker was super helpful on check-in. The property was as per the photographs and description - if not better in real life! The unit is spacious and flows very well with modern amenities. In fact we drew a floor plan as it would be perfect for a small house we are planning In the future. The standouts for us were the excellent Wi-Fi, large TV with access to Netflix/Prime/Disney and the super efficient and quiet air con. These allowed us to truly relax and unwind after our long drive. Had a very good night’s sleep in a large/comfy bed. The bathroom and kitchen were also beyond expectations. Will definitely use again if we are in the area and strongly recommend to our friends.

Ms. Josephine is a super host! Very accommodating. We asked for a favor and with no hestitation granted it. The place is clean, smells good, in a quiet neighborhood, has complete amenities. Location is good too. My family loved staying there. We are looking forward on staying at Ms. Joephine's place again. Kuya Lito is welcoming as well. Recommending it. 11/10

This place was amazing! The rooms were perfect. The outdoor feel of the bathrooms made us feel like we were in Bali. The pool was clean. The space was just overall great! It was the perfect venue for our team building. Our American boss who was hard to please was very impressed! Their butler service is a must-have! We got to relax and just be with our teammates and families while they prepped food for us and cleaned up after meals. Mark (the chef) and Hannah (such a sweetheart) made us delicious dishes. Just make sure u provide the ingredients because they can only use what u have. Mark even made us a dipping sauce for our chicken wings and had us taste it to make sure we liked it. We loved it! This place is perfect for any big get togethers. And communication is key. They will work with u to ensure ur group has everything u need. Some charges may apply but pricing is still reasonable. Thanks for hosting us!
