La proprietà è stata comprata e ristrutturata a fine anni '90. Con un ampio giardino con piscina, frutteto, oliveto, vigna e orto, per gli amanti del verde. The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. Podere Piazza war der Wohnsitz von Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, der am 29 Mai 1747 zum Erzbischof von Siena ernannt wurde, er war ein Nobile di Montepulciano und Patrizier von Siena.
