There is also a gas station, pharmacies, and a Walmart. The pool areas are equipped with sunbeds, chairs, and a table with an umbrella for your convenience, as well as restrooms. 24-hour surveillance and access through lobby and parking lot

The apartment (50 m²) is part of a condominium (17 apartments), located in the residential complex. The Beaches. A 5 minute drive to the Yacht Club and Caleta Beach. With a panoramic view; quiet and safe. It has 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed in the living room. We have a kitchen and dining room. The terrace and pool are common areas. Notes: 1. We do not have air conditioning, only fans (please consider your tolerance to heat). 2. Before booking, check very carefully if the location is right for you.
