Walking distance to everything such as restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores and all popular avenues. 5 minute drive to the river, Stampede grounds and the Saddledome. Please be aware the front doors of the building lock at 10pm. If you book, you'll have to pick up the key/fob in a different location.

In the Heart of Marda Loop # BL231402

Bright one bedroom basement suite with living area and an ensuite bathroom. The living area has a sofa, a TV and a work space. We have adapted the laundry room to provide our guests with a convenient area to make meals. We are situated across the street from a park with a playground and tennis courts. We are close to 17th ave, downtown, Marda Loop shopping/restaurant area, transit and fairly close to the stampede grounds.

The space is a high-end condo on the edge of downtown Calgary. Close to the Saddledome and MNP Centre with easy access the highways that lead to Banff National Park. Walking distance to great restaurants on 4th Street if you don't want to cook, or an incredibly well-equipped kitchen if you do. Please note that I cannot always accommodate check-in after 8pm.
