My family adored and loved him, and thought that he was a super host!! His hosting skills were second to none and he’s a real asset to your houses on Airbnb. The children enjoyed the hot spring pool. The house was very spacious and was kept in a very good standard. Overall, we were very happy with both the house and Abby. I will definitely be keeping in mind your properties in the future. This place is perfect for those who love a peaceful retreat that's still easily accessible — it truly has that exclusive feel. Check-in was a breeze, the space is roomy, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise view. Cooking was easy and convenient, though we did notice the air fryer hadn’t been cleaned. Still, we had a wonderful stay — and so did my furbaby <3 Ms. Mari was incredibly gracious and accommodating with our requests. Thank you so much — we’ll definitely be back :)

Good for a night stay. Though the streets are not properly lighted especially coming back at dark hours. Generally the place is quite.

I know that there are so many choices if you want to stay around Cavinti. I actually don’t know how I managed to stick with talking to the owner, but it was totally worth it. The place was so beautiful and private. Tatang who assisted us was extremely kind and accommodating. I have no negative comments. As in! The price was totally worth it. Even the owner recommended some places to visit and things to do. If I go back to the Philippines, I would love to visit the place again. Some of my relatives have already asked me about it, and they want to go back immediately! We actually wanted to stay longer, but we have kids with classes and exams. Everything was awesome. I hope everyone can read my review. It was definitely great! Nature, Peaceful, Private, The place was all to ourselves! Recommended!

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back! We celebrated my nephew’s birthday here with kids and senior parents, and we had a lovely time! The location is easy to find—just follow Google Maps and you’ll get there with no trouble. The place looks exactly like the photos, very aesthetic and cozy. The host was responsive and always ready to answer any questions, making the whole experience convenient and hassle-free. We did encounter a few flies around the area—possibly from the previous guests not cleaning up properly, or maybe there’s a poultry farm nearby. Because of that, we decided to wait until evening to eat so the flies wouldn’t be attracted to our food. Despite that small issue, we still had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for hosting us!

The place was perfect. Only 2.5 hours drive from Manila. Very cozy and additional amenities like pool with jacuzzi is a huge plus. The free karaoke speakers and bonfire is also perfect! Place is great for families and group events. Will return here for sure

Thank you, Ms. Joyce, for accommodating my relatives from Palawan. The place is well-kept and walkable to convenience stores, shops and the national highway. We hope to stay again here in their next visit in Laguna.

10000/10 Experience 💫 We are a group of 13. The property is stunning clean, cozy, and surrounded by breathtaking nature. What we loved most was the exclusivity of the place; it was all ours to enjoy. We enjoyed unlimited kayaking, the spacious pavilion, and the incredibly roomy accomm's. Even with our group size, the Balay Daku and two tipis were more than enough to fit us comfortably. There were plenty of extra mattresses and blankets, and the place stays refreshingly cool, making it perfect for relaxing. We also took advantage of the complimentary Ilog tour. While the weather didn’t cooperate for other activities (it rained the whole weekend), we were still able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the quiet escape. A special shout-out to Kuya Joven who was always available and attentive to our needs. And to Kuya Kirby for being so responsive and very welcoming! If you're looking for a secluded, nature-filled retreat with no internet distractions, this place is perfect!!

This place was awesome. You'll be relaxed by the vibes and will feel right at home. All you need is there including kitchenwares. you can cook, they also have fridge and a netflix. Internet was fast and the a/c was cool. Overall I would rate it 1000/10. Will definitely book this again for our future laguna travels. thanks to Ms. Donna (host) that is very responsive and they also honor my request for a birthday surprise set-up for my wife.

Great place to unwind and enjoy peace with nature. At night, the place looks surreal with all the lighting and trees. The wind is so good and refreshing. It was a great picnic and camping place as well. Every corner is photo-worthy. We had a great stay!

Fantastic Stay for Large Groups! We had an amazing time at this house from Good Friday to Easter Sunday. The ventilation is well-designed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The property is surrounded by trees, making it perfect for our Easter egg hunt. The lagoon adds a lovely touch to the scenery, and we enjoyed spotting bantam chickens in the mornings. The resident Jack Russell, Mini Pinscher, and French Bulldog brought extra charm to the area. The caretaker even gifted us a pickled cucumber, which was a delightful surprise. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this place!

location: when you want to be surrounded by nature, then this is one great place. price: a very friendly rate. services: food can be ordered, from breakfast to dinner and in between. leisure activities like boating, fishing and island hopping is offered. swim pools and game rooms were all available for all ages. pets are allowed. accommodation: staying at King's Landing is like having the nature as your backdrop at your parent's place. protected from the weather, yet free enough to enjoy everything. amenities: we would have swam in the small lake but we just ran out of time. a 3-day stay would be nice. Tilapia fish could be ordered in the morning, so that was nice too. island hopping was something that we also missed. so we will do that next time. staff: very friendly and accommodating. they are visible whenever you need something. Tents are cozy, clean and private enough. suggestions: ✓ the menu could be laminated and be inside the tents, with a number to send message to, so we can readily order. numbers can also be placed beside tents for easy references. ✓birthday/anniversary packages (like decorations inside or outside the tent,.food packages) offers. ✓souvenir items perhaps?
