Located in leafy New Lambton, this one-bedroom apartment is ideal for professionals visiting Newcastle Uni or the Hunter New England hospitals. The bedroom contains a queen bed, ensuite and spacious walk-in robe. Adjacent is an open-plan living area with a lounge, TV, dining table and air-con. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, and Nespresso machine. The apartment opens onto a peaceful garden and there is off-street parking for 1 car. Walk to JHH or bus anywhere else!

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.
