Sm Light Residence with Rosie was awesome Location(위치): couldn't be better but if you get the taxi you have to wait at least 10 minutes. 택시 잡을때 빼고는 지하철 타기도 쉽고 주변 편의시설이 좋아서 만족 Facilities(주변시설) : Perfection. have mall, clinic, mart, hair salon, book store, various restaurant and drink store, electric shops, laundry, bakery, game room and alteration shop also. I can say they have everything. If you are Korean or Chinese you better go to Makati. There are lots of. 근처에 로빈슨몰이 있고 건물 2층에 병원, 마트, 미용실, 서점, 여러종류의 식당 및 음료수점, 전자제품 판매샵 빵집, 세탁소 수선집 및 오락실까지.. 있을거는 다 있어요. 한국인 입맛에 맞는 식당이라면 터키 케밥을 추천함. 다른건 마카티까지만 가면 다 있음 Rooms:(방) Clean as pictures, No bugs, No noisy and very comfortable with washing machine. 세탁기 있어서 매우 편하고 벌레 없고 잘때 조용하고(에어컨 온도 낮추면 선풍기 소리만 남) 사진에 나온만큼 깔끔합니다 Price (가격): 이정도면 최저가격이죠. 만족해요 That is most reasonable price near here. I can say this is the best!

We had a great stay and the place was great. Complete will all the stuff we needed and coffee and food was really good too 😄 We also got to bring our fur baby because the place was pet friendly. Roy and Natalie was very easy to talk to and responsive. Thank you for accomodating us the last minute. ☺️

Definitely super host! Big nice TV with Netflix & great Internet. Good view from the bed. Room is well decorated & lots of little extra things make it nice. Several pools well maintained. Decent gym. Walkway connecting to the mall. 24 Mart. 2 laundry places. Massage parlor. Few food places all in the complex. Lots & lots of security. Friendly open doors for you etc. few things I could nitpick but only true problem was location traffic in the area takes a long time to go anywhere like at least 1 hour to go couple miles therefore making transportation costly. I will not be visiting Manila ever again but host & condo was great

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My Dad serves as my yardstick because he is very picky, but he only had nice things to say about the place. It was 3 mins. away from PICC so we arrived at the venue comfortably the next day. Would've wanted to stay longer, but there's always a next time. Great view, enough parking options, wifi, soft pillows & linen ✨

We had an amazing stay at this place! The property is very nice and exceptionally clean, with a beautiful view that made my stay even more enjoyable. Its location is perfect — close to convenience stores and malls, which made everything super convenient. The host, was very responsive to all my chats and inquiries. I’m truly grateful that she accepted our booking at the last minute. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely book again!

My wife and I loved coming back to Makati after 10 years and seeing all of the changes and staying at Aruga was perfect location and place to stay. Perfect for what we needed.

Fast Response. Rose is very friendly and accomodating she's available 24/7. We checked in at 7pm yet the hotel staff was very welcoming. Definitely recommended for those who wants to book a staycation the room has a lot of space and looked like a 4star hotel. Kudos

Matt and his maid Grace are wonderful hosts. Grace is so polite, kind, hard-working and easy to communicate with. She made me an amazing breakfast. Their space is also wonderful. It’s good access to all main places worth visiting in Manila. The luxurious condo was very clean and tidy. It is absolutely safe. Amazing swimming pool on 36 floor. I really recommend this place for all tourists and business travellers. Thank you for wonderful time.

Really a good AirBnb from the stylish and comfortable interiors to the strategic location of the place. There are restaurants around the place and getting a taxi is very very easy.

We had a pleasant stay, secure and quiet neighborhood, the kitchen comes with free to use condiments and has enough equipments. Overall, it was worth its price.

I had a fantastic stay at Mara's Airbnb. Mara was highly responsive, and the place was very clean. The highlight for me was the impressive view and the full height mirror at the room. The wifi was fast and everything worked as expected. The place is also accesible and near landmarks. Highly recommended!

The unit was just as what was described in the listing. It was clean and had the basic furnitures needed, which were all that I need during my stay. The bathroom was a bit tight, but good enough for a solo occupant. The elevator looked a bit old and worn for the building — which is not really new, but still looks good. They could have maintained it and made it brighter by putting more lights. I chose the place because of it’s proximity to places I need to go to, the restaurants and fast food places around the area, and ease of transportation. Sir Dondon was responsive and accommodating, and was really helpful during my stay. Overall, the unit was fit for my needs during my stay, and Sir Dondon was easy to transact with. I will definitely consider booking again for future Manila visits.

Hindi po kami nagsisi na dito mag booked ng family ko, very worth it po ang price, legit 100 million % affordable. Pwding pwd sa maarte ✌️😅 hehe Hindi kami namahay, and my kids enjoyed watching TV dahil YT at Netflix are ready available. Pwd na rin po kau mag luto kung sinisipag po kau, if Hindi naman po madami po walking distance na food tripan.. And for the hosts, very kind , friendly and hospitable po cla.. Cutlery, cooking utensils, and even a refrigerator made our stay very pleasant. I particularly appreciate the location of this accommodation and the private and secure nature of the building. On the ground floor, you'll find a small convenience store, there is also a 7/11 , a pharmacy nearby, and on the same street youl'll find a laundry place. it's the ideal location if you're staying in this area of ​​the city. The accommodation is also very spacious and the air conditioning is impeccable; you'll enjoy the remarkable view of the city. An improvement in the quality of the Wi-Fi would be appreciated; the connection is sometimes a bit slow, which impacts your productivity if you work remotely.
