Off-grid, secluded, peaceful camp site on private property. Near Lake Superior, boat launch, and beach. Our large fifth wheel trailer is an updated, comfortable space for two; one queen bed. Room for a travel crib inside, or children in tents, on your camp site. No 110-V plug-in electricity or running water. However, propane fridge, stove and heater, battery-powered lights. Fresh drinking water and a luxury hand-crafted outhouse. Shower facilities. Relax around the campfire! Go exploring!

Located on Portage Lake in Chassell, MI, near Houghton with quick access to Michigan Tech University, this rustic family cabin is a great place for either an overnight stay or a longer getaway. It provides a great home base for travel in the Keweenaw peninsula! As a 1930s cabin with a sauna on the lake along with a great view, the focus is on the experience! We find guests who truly enjoy our place are flexible with rustic conditions (not looking for Holiday Inn Express) and young at heart!

Less than a 1/2 mile from the main snowmobile/Atv trail, close to Mont Ripley, Swedetown, Mont Bohemia. We are centrally located between Houghton (20 miles away), Copper Harbor (25 miles away) and Calumet (5 miles). A great value.
