Independent cottage

Small house freshly renovated in a quiet and green environment, close to the historic center. Guests can enjoy a pleasant little shaded garden not overlooked with its terrace. Free parking reserved in front of the house. Tram 2 at 400 m 30 min to Comédie on foot or 15 min to tram, 15 minutes from the beach by car. An outdoor hot tub can be provided on request. Parties are strictly prohibited out of respect for the neighborhood and because we live next door.

Come relax and recharge in a peaceful and green environment, and enjoy the stunning sunset from the pool or the jacuzzi... You will have everything you need for a unique stay: a comfortable bed, bicycles, a barbecue, a fire pit (not available in summer for safety reasons), and even a Molkky game.
