Very quiet stay, simple but very good room and bathroom (the bed and the lights are beautiful). There is a bakery right on the side that is good, you can walk to the beach (about 15 minutes walking). I recommend it to couples!

marcia was a sweetheart ever. replied promptly, gave tips, everything I asked that was missing in the kitchen she offered us. Jardim was beautiful. the refrigerator is old and small (if all guests are cooking) but since there was no guest cooking, only me, everything went well and we were well served with this refrigerator. Márcia and husband are a gentle mto couple. we rented the quadricycle with them and it was legal for me and my son. we had fun mto. safe, quiet, welcoming place... mto good air conditioning, good tb beds, size of room mto good, good shower. we love to stay with them these days and we will come back for sure. We are grateful for all the days we spend with them. Márcia always helpful, we talked, laughed, mto affectionate with me and my son. gave tips and everything we asked for, we were well attended. gratitude for everything.

It's even more beautiful than in the photo, beautiful suites, comfortable beds, the view from above by the private pool is beautiful! And Fred is always very helpful! I went with my family and we loved it!

We loved the house, the residential area and felt at home. Everything was a good distance and 2 minutes from the village/centrinho de Barra Grande. Ana always very kind and with many wonderful indications on which best places to visit. It's a paradise, we'll definitely go back and stay again. Super indico and I'm already looking forward to getting back.

Luciano's Village was great hosting experience. The apartment is new and well equipped. The living area of the pool is very nice. Highly recommend, excellent value for money Luciano was very attentive and gave exact access instructions and property rules.

Our stay in Barra Grande was very nice, the apartment is new, clean and very well equipped. Bed and bath linens are white and smelling. The location of the apartment is truly splendid, it is in Vila, close to good restaurants, bars, bakeries … and it is really “foot in the sand”, where there is the exclusivity of seeing the sunset in front of the condominium beach. Martinha, is a great host, provided tips to facilitate our arrival in Barra Grande and visitation points in Maraú, which helped and made our trip amazing.

I had a wonderful stay in this vilage in Barra Grande! The home is exactly like in the pictures. Aconchegante, clean and very well cared for. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants. I thank Pauline for the hospitality and I will definitely return at a next opportunity. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is outstanding! Exactly as in the photos, spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room, and the pool is great for resting when coming back from the beach. The only point of attention is that the beach you can walk to, although it is still Taipu de Fora, it is not the famous part of the natural pools, it is a beach with waves. To go to the pools, you need to go by car, but nothing that is a problem, because you will want to know other places, so you would need the car anyway :)

The house goes beyond what is described, extremely complete and comfortable, accommodated 6 guests very well! Excellent location, certainly the best of where it is located! Spacious pool, in short, one of the best parts of the trip was the accommodation!

The location is very pleasant, within a gated community, providing more privacy and security. Andrea's apartment is well equipped, exactly as described and seen in the photos. Andrea is a very kind, helpful host with great communication and support. To future travelers, I definitely recommend the place. If you choose to come by car, I recommend a tall car, preferably 4x4, or come by boat by boat by Camamu and use the yards or rent a quad bike for convenience and mobility, as the peninsula road is very bad

Spending a few days in Luciana's flat established a difficult parameter to overcome since the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything worked perfectly, air-conditioning, shower, internet access, access to the condominium… for those who like to cook, the kitchen is super equipped, with appliances of great quality and all the necessary utensils, we do not miss anything. The host also left mineral water, seasonings, salt, olive oil and hygiene products, making it easy to stay in the early days. The apartment was super clean, well organized and beautifully decorated. The condominium is safe and well-maintained. It has a wonderful pool with warm water. The location is foot in the sand, on a wonderful beach and for those who have children is perfect. Communication with the hostess is smooth and fast and she has shown herself to be attentive and concerned about our well-being at all times. We recommend with our eyes closed and we already dream of a return.

Your homeowner, Franklin is available 24 hours to support the home and the Village. Offered for grocery, fruit and fish shopping. There was a gallon of supplied mineral water available for use. Taipu is a village of difficult to move and locate, Franklin went to the city entrance to pick me up and drive me to immobile. I felt safe in amaparado throughout the stay. Return soon! Although the site does not have parking few meters has the parking lot of Tulum Beach that always had someone and made a differentiated price for a longer stay.
