The house has 350 square meters of built area in Alpine Style, with a living room with a fireplace plus a small adjoining room, a dining room, kitchen and couple's suite plus a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We are 1,300 meters from the main avenue. The house also has an official tennis court with a cement floor, swimming pool, Gourmet space, with a barbecue and pizza oven. Your 4-legged friend will also be welcome as long as he does not exceed 6 kg.

The cozy place. Located on the top of a mountain with an inspiring view. Annex of my home, fully independent, including the Hydro and swimming pool. It has 2 suites, American gourmet kitchen, living room with SKY TV, WI-FI with Starlink (High speed) and electric heaters in the rooms. Outside, there is an infinity pool, whirlpool, floor fireplace and total privacy. 900 metres from the city centre and fully paved. We love animals !!!
