We are well situated for beautiful Northumberland coastal areas, and the border country. Not too far from historical Durham City and only 20mins fromNewcastles shops and restaurants. Newcastle Airport is 20mins away.

Caravan is on cliff above beach and rocks giving interesting ever changing views. Wake to birdsong, sunrise, spend the day watching in the hope of spotting dolphins and the evening winding down to the sounds of the sea and colours of the sunset. Newbiggin-by-the-Sea golf club next door, sheltered bay with prom, maritime centre and cafes very close by.

Spacious holiday home ideally set up only for couples or individuals visiting or touring beautiful Northumberland. Prior to your holiday I can give you advice on beautiful places in Northumberland to visit. Previous guests reviews have appreciated this. Personal meet and greet hand over as oppose to a lock box . Fully equipped kitchen leads onto a large conservatory, which looks out onto and gives access to the private garden, ideal for you to relax in. The spacious lounge is also open plan.

Beautiful cosy Shepherds Hut with views over the local countryside. We have recently installed a wood burning hot tub! No water jets or flashy lights or music, just rustic charm to relax in. This does need to be booked in advance, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required at a charge of £40. We will have the water heated to around 40c for your arrival, this temperature will be maintained for several hours but if you would like to top up the heat you are welcome to light the woodburner.

Dog friendly cottage in a Northumbrian village

Stylish, refurbished self contained annex attached to the owners house. Own private entrance via a private patio. The main bedroom has patio doors to another small secluded patio which borders a field with horses. A family of foxes live in the wood and are regularly seen in the field. You can relax in, or wander around our garden which has a fish pond, little man made stream and bridge. Less than a mile to a beautiful beach. Enjoy the beautiful Northumbrian coastline and castles.

It is situated on the main road into the town. The stairs are steep and the bath/shower is deep so the property would not be recommended for anyone with mobility issues. No stagg or hen parties, no smoking and no pets.

We were a group of nine and the house was perfect for our needs. We loved the quirky style, it was really well equipped and the kitchen dining area was just perfect for a big gathering. There is a beautiful beach walking distance from the house and easy access to the beautiful Northumberland coast. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We can only say extremely positive comments about Amanda and Seas the Day. The house was a home from home, we settled instantly. Everything you could want was provided and kitchen appliances were straight forward to use. The house was immaculate and well cared for. The area was quiet and in a good location for visiting local beaches and castles.We were blessed with sunshine which made every trip out, beautiful. Myself and my family have just returned from a lovely stay at Paula's caravan at Sandy Bay. The caravan is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. There were essentials left in the fridge and cupboard and a lovely wee welcome basket for our arrival. Paula was very helpful and responsive when we were booking our stay. We would definetly stay again, lovely place!

I was having far too much fun than is good for a chap chasing around the Northumbrian landscape. I needed a couple more days in the area & I required it straightaway. Jacqui' place looked ideal and it was perfect! Jacqui responded positively & swiftly which left me free to fill my day. I arrived very late and left very early and the property was easy to access, immaculate and well presented. Which left me only to worry about resting my weary head...It was perfect.
