The room includes a standard double bed, wardrobe, study desk with a chair, and a television for your comfort. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, kettle, microwave, and washing machine. Guests also have access to a larger communal kitchen for additional cooking needs. High-speed, reliable fibre-optic internet is available throughout the property.

Our Garden Hut nestles at the bottom of our garden. It has a small double bed and gorgeous views of our thatched cottage. Located in the centre of the village, it is peaceful and tranquil. Convenient for Royston and Cambridge (20 mins by car), for exploring the beautiful countryside nearby, NT’s Wimpole, IWM Duxford or for weddings at South Farm. NB: The bed in the Hut is smaller than the average UK double (5'8 x 4'0 vs normal 6'3 x 4'6) and the WC is situated just inside the house.
