There is a small fitted kitchen, double bed and separate shower-room. Outside is a decking with BBQ area. The village is a mile away, an easy walk for shopping and friendly bars in the evening.

There is also sailing and water sports on Stithians Reservoir.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Beaches are a 5 minute drive or a leisurely 2 mile stroll. Barn 3 is fully furnished and has all the necessary items needed for self catering. It has two seperate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single. It has a pond by its picnic bench.
