My family has been visiting SSI for over 25 years and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed! Justin and Ashley were incredibly responsive, helpful, and hospitable during our stay. We were especially appreciative of our surprise early check-in (!!) And the generous use of beach towels and other amenities. They truly thought of everything. Including sound machines in every room, which we genuinely appreciated since we had a toddler and baby. 5 stars and can’t wait to come back!

Had a great Thanksgiving Week at Parker Kaufman’s beautiful Oceanside Cottage. Super simple process and great communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Tony's place is in a great location in the St. Simon's Village. It's a block from the village restaurants and shopping and surrounded by a beautiful neighborhood that is great for walking. Beach access is close by. My husband and I have been visiting SSI for years and always try to stay as close to the village as possible. It's nice to see the vintage tabby exterior townhomes where Tony's place is still remain after most of the older places have been torn down and replaced with large homes. Tony's place is simple and comfortable which is reflected in the price. We enjoyed our long weekend shopping the village and going to old favorites and new restaurants without the worrying about the cost since our stay was so reasonable.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Georgia on my Mind. The town house was beautiful, plenty of room, all the amenities-we couldn’t have picked a nicer place to stay! Kitchen was well equipped for making meals. Beds were extra comfy and the sheets and bedding were luxurious. When I had a question or two, Katie responded quickly. We’d definitely like to stay here again sometime! Enjoyed the beach and the pool and the surrounding area was quiet. Great for a family vacation. Close to the downtown and super close to the beautiful & clean beach.

Great location in lovely neighborhood with community pool, clubhouse and access to the beach. The house was well maintained, kitchen stocked with lots of utensils and plenty of towels for guests in bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

I got this place for my son and his new bride. They spent their honeymoon there. They said everything was perfect! They were able to walk to the beach and took a couple of day trips . They said the house was beautiful and very relaxing! They recommend this place very highly! Thank you for making their honeymoon perfect!

We had a wonderful time staying here for a Long Beach weekend. We had great weather and the accommodations were perfect. The walk to the beach was easy once we navigated our way. We would definitely stay here again

Had a work trip to Brunswick and decided to bring the entire family down. We were blown away by the Airbnb and the proximity to all the beaches and restaurants just a few minutes away. The home was very very clean, not a speck of dust in sight and it smelled like a brand new home. The neighbors were quiet and also friendly when we would take walks with our toddler and pup. The backyard being fenced was a huge pro for us so we could just let our pup out and not have to walk him everytime. The host was also very responsive when we had questions about the area and needed recommendations on things to do. Overall, our best Airbnb stay yet and we look forward to staying here in the future.

We loved being right on the beach and this was a beautiful condo. Just a reminder, it is 3 stories and if you don’t like steps, I would not recommend. Overall a very nice stay.

Elizabeth was a great host. Very responsive and offered suggestions on things to do and places to go. Place was neat and clean and as described. Location was great with a short walk to a nice, clean beach that was never crowded. Would recommend.

We booked as an extremely last minute weekend getaway. Carol Ann was responsive and the condo was clean and just as described.

With the location on the marsh providing a great sunrise view, you can then explore the island using the 6 seater golf cart with ease, driving to restaurants, the pier, or groceries. 1 bedroom on 2nd floor and 2 on third floor were all comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and the unit was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Carra was wonderful! She went above and beyond from the start—sending cupcakes when she found out we were visiting for my birthday. She was kind, thoughtful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was beautiful and spotless. We’re already looking forward to our next stay at Pelican Place!

The condo was exactly as described. The beach towels and gear was very helpful. There was more than enough space for our family to feel very comfortable and at home. The distance to the grocery store and restaurants was a big plus, and the location in general is close to all the fun on the island! We had a great stay!

This spot was the best! Close to everything, good location, super clean, and super comfortable! The hot tub was an amazing extra!
