Beautiful and very clean excellent host

Urby is located in one of Philly's premiere neighborhoods. The apartment itself is cozy. The building has great amenities, places to work, a solid gym. Staff is lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Fishtown Urby was the perfect place to stay while visiting Philly. The apartment is so cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay (even the best tea and coffee). Urby’s building is incredible too - I loved working out in the gym. There are so many great bars and restaurants right near the building too - international bar is a must! I’ll definitely be staying at Urby next time I visit Philly!

I recently stayed at Fishtown Urby and it was absolutely delightful! The staff is incredibly friendly and were always available to assist with any questions . The building has such a unique charm, and I truly felt at home there! The amenities are fantastic, and the apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need, they really thought of everything! I'm thrilled to have discovered a place like Urby where I can enjoy quick getaways!

Came as advertised. My family of four had a quiet one night stay. Remi was responsive to all texts and even texted me that it was ok to check in early. Would stay again when/if im in the area again.

The view was amazing and it’s in a great area.. Park down the street and places you can get food and a little strip 10mins away! I had a great stay !

Perfect family vacation accommodation. Two large bedrooms, with great living space as well. Extra sofa beds really handy. So quiet and peaceful at night. Beds really comfy! We made lots of use of the fantastic resort pools, arcade, playground, outdoor fire pits, and Hotel-run events (like movie nights and build a Bear, they vary week to week though), was really easy to do so many fun family activities. We enjoyed the location as we visited a couple of beaches. Would highly recommend.

The place wasn't what I expected at first (only because I came at night time I didn't really get to see the life in the hotel room but once the sunrise you really got to see the place and it was better than expected) The space was great I could legit move around, bathroom was spacious with a stand up shower, the balcony was huge which I loved but just don't lean on the railing since they say its unsafe which I believe it is just because it didn't feel stable but why would you lean on a balcony railing anyway. The place had everything we needed such as supplies, the hotel provided service that was quick. No room service due to covid and no amenities either but now that July is coming around things should be opening back up. The fridge was big, they had an electric strove not a gas one but it worked just fine! pros: - service from the host was responsive and fast, he helped reimburse me for the wifi access fee since he was unaware of that charge. - sunset and sunrise was beautiful at night and morning, SO MUCH WIND on the balcony though so I couldn't stay out there too long but its beautiful when certain days its less windy. I saw the Beach, had views of the buildings and hotels such as the hard rock, ocean, etc. you could see it from the balcony at a far distance but every room has a different balcony view either way you can't go wrong with any view you get that's what I like! either its the ocean or half the ocean view (but you see the beach ) and buildings / sunrise and sunset _ supplies for the kitchen was all there so no need to buy supplies or to worry about bowls, pots, pans, etc. kitchenware was already available for you. - Walmart was about $20-24 going and same price coming back, but it was nearby not too far, uber drivers were great BUT since covid it was hard to get a driver at times or wait times were anywhere from 24 mins - 10mins. Mall wasn't that far either about $10-24.00 to go, malls had sales which was a plus but they didn't really have much clothing options that I liked (that's my preference, I'm from New York so its just a lot more clothing and shoe options here) Beach boardwalk was right in front of the hotel so you can walk to either of the beaches ( there was 2 ) it looks far but I promise you its not I got there in less than 15 mins its just windy but what beach isn't - the closet space was HUGE and they had many draws to accommodate all of your clothing!! I loved that so much! I slept on the pull out couch at times and it was comfortable they just don't provide a sheet for it but you can just call house keeping if you wanna lay on it some days. But my girlfriend prefers the bed better since it is soooo comfortable and spacious. The closet doors slide 2 ways and they have big mirrors, which if you are a mirror person this is the place for you. Cons- checking in was not as smooth but I doubt that's gonna happen to anyone else, check out was annoying because all of a sudden the elevators weren't running fast, I guess everybody was checking out the same day. - not much cons other than that. Overall, I would most definitely come back! There was not a lot of noise or honestly any, it was peaceful and if you wanna get away here's where you should go.

Beautiful property close to a ton of local attractions and beaches. The resort has tons of amenities. Never a dull moment. Communications was excellent. Thank you Sabine.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Marriott is a perfect place for families to enjoy and close enough to the Jersey beaches!

Edna and Raj have a beautiful place and the friendship theme was so much fun! Our group enjoyed the house and all of the special amenities. Their layout anticipated our group’s needs and wants as well. Their kitchen was incredibly well stocked with all the spices and appliances you would have in your own home. Everything about our stay was great and as advertised. The unit is great, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen could use a good deep cleaning but all else was fine. Recommend for a stay near Atlantic City or Smithville.

Impeccably clean and well-appointed. Perfect for our trip to visit family close by. Close to churches, food, and shopping — whatever you need. Great neighborhood to walk and enjoy the area.

This is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. The host was very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend.

After accomplishing the quite steep stairs, we found it to be larger than expected and furnished nicely. Quiet overnight despite the bar next door. It’s in a densely populated and walkable neighborhood. On street parking is challenging so we opted for the garage, about a 5 minutes walk away. Would be great area to explore with more time, but we only stayed one night. Jeffrey provided all the info that we needed for an easy overnight in a location that was important to us.

This 5-level (including the roof) townhouse is beautiful and spacious, easily accommodating our family of 8. We had no trouble finding street parking each day for all 3 of our cars, and the apartment was extremely well equipped -- with everything we could have even imagined needing -- and then some. We would LOVE to come back sometime!

We had a wonderful weekend at Rod's place celebrating our daughter's college graduation. Beautiful home and furnishings. Peaceful and lovely neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable. Rod gave us helpful instructions from beginning to end. Highest recommendation!

This place was very clean, well decorated and had everything you need. Very quiet and comfortable. Plenty of parking out front. So much better than any hotel we've stayed at near the airport. A beautiful neighborhood with a park about a block away. I've lived in the area many years ago and it felt like home for us. We'll book again for our next visit, definitely.
