We visited as a large group of friends from around the country. we are incredibly grateful to Matt for being so helpful, responsive and friendly both in the run up to our stay and during. The property is beautiful. Exceeded expectations in every way, superb location, beautifully decorated and well-stocked and prepared for our visit. Bed linen was pristine (as was the rest of the property) and towels were beautifully laid out for us. At every point felt like a very professionally run business, out of a stunning property that felt like home. Could not have done more, thank you so much for hosting us Matt and Andy 😊

We enjoyed our stay so much! This place is in a wonderful neighborhood - close to everything, but on a quiet charming street. The house is beautiful - clean and organized, with everything you need and no clutter. We appreciated large empty drawers and closets to put away our things, and very clear instructions about how to work everything. The clothes washer/dryer, tea kettle, large TV, and AC unit were nice extra amenities. Danielle was very responsive and helpful. The home is cozy, but with plenty of space for a family of 4. We would definitely book this again next time we are in London and recommend it highly to others!

De buurt is rustig, maar op loopafstand van de metro, dus een prima basis om Londen te verkennen. Naomi is een prettige host, de communicatie verliep snel en probleemloos. Wij zouden hier zeker terugkeren.

Christine's house was perfect for our stay in London with my inlaws and 4 year old. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home - it's a beautiful house, everything was immaculate on arrival and it was very spacious for the five of us. It's a great location on a quiet street but just a few minutes walk to supermarkets, restaurants, multiple playgrounds and the underground. The pub across the road was also great for an easy dinner. Christine was a very attentive host, gave clear instructions for everything and we really appreciated that she provided additional items such step stools and a monitor for our child. My inlaws haven't stopped raving about our stay and we would definitely book again when next in London.

We had a great stay over and Sam was an excellent host in our stopover in London over New Years’. He was extremely responsive before and during our stay; proactive in letting us know about little quirks with the home - it is over 250 year’s old, but has many charming and modern amenities to make it work. The kitchen was well set up and he left us with a few very thoughtful provisions to get through the New Years. The neighborhood really can’t be beat for activity while staying out of the bustle of the heart of London; many great restaurants, shops (if you have kids, I recommend Flying Tiger throughout Europe for fun stuff - one is an 8 minute walk away), and groceries. Transportation is right outside the door. Sam’s home made an excellent home base for our stay in London, much better than staying in a hotel.

An absolutely wonderful stay at Sybille’s gorgeous studio. The location was an easy walk to Russell Square tube station, plus there are plenty of trendy eateries in the area, including the lively Exmouth Market strip. Well-serviced by the handy Brunswick mall which has a Waitrose. The studio was bright, secure, nicely decorated, and had a washer/dryer and kitchenette (including a full oven) - there honestly wasn’t anything extra we could have needed! Bed was comfy, and nice shutters meant privacy and a good sleep were ensured. Noise from the street is to be expected in such a central area, but was not an issue for us as the studio seemed to be reasonably sound-insulated. The location for us and everything this studio offered couldn’t be beaten - it was a perfect home away from home, and we look forward to booking again next year. Thank you Sybille!

Yam is a great host, always responsive and friendly. Location was a great base for us for a few days, only 10-15 mins walk from the nearest tube station. Would definitely recommend yams place to anyone.

Beautiful place to stay, lots of very thoughtful touches, loved the selection of books, art and lighting. Comfortable and stylish. Great neighbourhood just down the road from portobello road

Stay here!!! I have stayed at many airbnbs over the years and this is definitely one of my top favorites. The house is so incredibly homey and all of us loved the style. It was very clean and I wish it were summer so we could have enjoyed the backyard. Some beds are firm, while others are a bit softer, so there's a good mix. There isn't a microwave, but this didn't stop us from shopping at the recommended store, cooking or heating up leftovers. Parking was only tough because the automated phone system would not work for us and you can not use the app as an foreigner. We were able to easily find nearby spaces, and luckily not ticketed. Also, the room are so incredibly spacious with high ceilings. It was just perfect for the 5 of us. Polly was also very nice, as well as flexible with our arrival time, which was GREATLY appreciated and needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house. Very large for London. Plenty of space for our group of four. Heaps of character and high quality facilities. Certainly not the kind of space for parties. Perfect for location and comfort. Thanks Tanya & Nick - and the breakfast bits were excellent!

A quiet and lovely neighbourhood, with easy commute to Central London, to my mind one of the very best in Notting Hill, a short walking distance from Holland Park. The town house is as shown in the pictures, beautiful and most comfortable with everything one might need. We particularly liked the sense that this is the home of a welcoming family who trust their guests. As noted in all reviews, Paula is a great and caring host. My wife and I had the best of stays.

This is a very happily situated flat if you want to stay in London and have the luxury of walking to almost anything. It was comfortable and well-equipped. We were sorry to leave.

We had a great family holiday at Philippe's place. It's a beautiful home, stone thrown away from Camden market , many restaurants and tube stations. We highly recommend Philippe's home if you are looking for a family holiday in a nice part of London. He is very friendly and responsive and helpful.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Almost better than the pictures :) Beautiful house in East London close to Victoria park and areas like Dalston, Hackney and Shoreditch. The tube is close, so you can easily get around greater London too. Jonathan and Matt are very helpful and flexible with everything. They gave us loads of really great tips about restaurants, bars and things to do. 10/10, would definitive stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhouse in Kensington. It’s conveniently located near Earl’s Court Tube station, Kensington High Street, and great restaurants and shops. The charming and quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing retreat after exploring London. The spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated townhouse had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and multiple bathrooms. Vincenzo, our host, provided clear instructions and was responsive to our questions. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. This townhouse was the perfect base for our London adventure. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

Serge was an excellent host—accommodating our early luggage drop-off after a long overnight flight. The flat was ideal for our family of four: quiet street, just minutes from the Tube (District and Piccadilly lines) for quick trips to Central London and Heathrow. Bonus: nearby M&S Foods made dinners convenient. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining their property. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated near wonderful restaurants, local shops, and attractions. I loved being able to explore the area easily and still have a cozy retreat to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. The interior of the home is warm and inviting, with lovely decor that made the space feel both stylish and comfortable. All the amenities I needed were available, making my stay even more enjoyable. Kerim's and Luka's home is lovely and peaceful. Although in the middle of the city one has the feeling of being in a country house. On all three levels the view from the big windows is onto a quiet, romantic square which consists of beautiful, old trees. It's wonderful waking up to the sound of singing birds, then opening the shades and staring into the deep green of tree tops. Kerim is very particular about how you open and close the windows as well as the entrance door. Have no fear, it is quite simple and there is nothing unique about them. Kerim is particular because he loves his home and wants to make sure things are done the way he does them. So please take extra care. The kitchen is well equipt if you desire to prepare your own meals. Just a stone's throw away are restaurants, a pharmacy, bakeries, a supermarket, a wonderful flower shop with beautiful arrangements, which I could not resist :-) and other interesting little shops. Die Wohnung bei Elena ist super für einen Kurzaufenthalt von 3-4 Personen. Es gibt mehrere Schlafzimmer, die Küche verfügt über die wichtigsten Dinge und alles ist sauber. Elena wohnt mit ihrer Familie im Nebengebäude und war deshalb immer erreichbar. Sie war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die U-Bahn-Verbindung ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man muss aber einplanen, dass man ca. 45-60 Minuten bis zu den bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous house in Islington, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is a true gem. The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of space to prepare meals. We enjoyed many cozy dinners in the dining area, which boasts a lovely view of the garden. A serene and well-kept outdoor space that was perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening. This house is a perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience. Whether you're in London for a short visit or an extended stay, this property is a wonderful choice.

Sparkle and I love Carl’s place we are staying a little longer. This place is wonderful and the area is unbelievable. Coming from the US to London has been amazing. Thank you Carl for making us feel so welcome.🤗
