Nice place and has everything you need to have a great stay. Pool close by ( there is restroom by the pool) Beach is super close. In the storage there is chairs and a wagon so taking your stuff to the beach is easy. Kitchen has everything u need.

David and Lavonda were top tier hosts. Hands down the greatest AB&B experience. We were having a family medical emergency trip from Houston to Brownsville we booked our stay for one month and our hosts helped make us feel right at home and were very understanding of our situation. This was a great place to stay! Easy access to Port Isabel and South Padre Island. The pictures don’t do the property justice, it was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Maria Teresa was responsive and friendly. Everything was clean and in good condition.

Check in was kind of confusing but got it figured out quick. the location is really good and nearby everything. the pool is really small but we loved it still. everything was clean and as described. there’s a laundry mat next door which is convenient.

The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

I’ve stayed at many an Airbnb - Robert was a great host - Quick to answer questions or problem solve and ever gracious. It was close to downtown restaurants, parks, SpaceX, SPI. There were quite a few of the homeless in the neighborhood, but they were harmless and there was a good police presence in the area. Next time I’m in Brownsville, I’ll be sure to check in with Robert first.

We had an incredible experience at Alex's place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—it felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy linens and beach toys for our kiddos. The location couldn't be better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made our mornings trek to the beach effortless. We loved being so close to the gulf while still having a quiet, peaceful place to return to. Communication with the host was exceptional. They were quick to respond, super helpful, and provided clear instructions for check-in and local tips that really enhanced our stay. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is so it is available the next time we want to come back. (hahaha) Honestly, we can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely return in a heartbeat.

Perfect place to stay while on temporary work assignment. Had previously stayed in hotel rooms but this was such a treat and felt just like home. Super comfortable and safe location. Easy commute to work was a big plus! Host was very easy to communicate with and response time was super quick! Would love to stay here again if and when I return to the area.

I highly recommend Monica's condo if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation. She is a great host and responds to quickly to questions. My husband and I traveled to SPI for a quick getaway. The first thing we noticed when walking into the condo is that it was spacious with a beautiful view of the gulf. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is a corner unit with a large balcony where we enjoyed spending our evenings listening to the waves and one evening watching fireworks. Some of the previous reviews mentioned that the elevators were slow. I only noticed this during check-in because multiple people were checking in at the same time. Other than this we didn't wait long. The condo is located next to stairs which was also a convenient option. To sum things up, we had a great time and would love to stay at Monica's condo the next time we return to SPI!

Albert’s place was super clean and we felt right at home. Everything we needed was close by and Albert was quick to respond and friendly.

We just got back from our 5 days in South Padre. We were very very happy with our accommodations. It was in a great location, we appreciated the ground floor, it was just as described, and most of all - it was spotless and clean. One of the mornings I messaged Jeff, because I couldn't find the broom and dustpan to take care of the grit that comes with being on the beech. He immediatly responded, stating to look in the bedroom closet, and I should find an electric broom, broom and dustpan. shazam - we no longer had sand under our toes. Would definitely come back again and would hope we have the opportunity to rent this unit. Thank you so much.

Licia was an amazing host! She was extremely responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. I've stayed at the Sapphire before, but my family and I truly loved her place. It was extremely clean, had a fantastic view and was comfortable. I would highly recommend Licia and her condo for anyone looking to visit South Padre Island!

We loved this place! It was very clean and cozy. I packed extra home items with me just in case but everything we needed was there readily accessible. Another nice feature are the bathroom showers super clean and modern which I loved. Definitely going back!

We had an amazing experience staying at this condo! The instructions were super clear, but what truly stood out was how immaculately clean everything was. It honestly felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there. Major props to the owner and the cleaning team for the level of care and attention! The attention to detail was impressive; for instance, the kitchen was spotless, and even the sponge was brand new! We had nearly everything we needed to cook and bake, and the provided coffee grounds were a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. We came prepared, but the condo had us covered beyond expectations. We've never used but there were even beach essentials like chairs and a volleyball. Without a doubt, the condo was the best part of our South Padre trip. While we weren’t too impressed with some of the overpriced restaurants in the area, if we ever return to South Padre, we’ll definitely be booking this same condo again. Thank you for everything!

The building is very nice, the apartment is spotless, the kitchen is well-equipped, the apartment layout is very friendly, there are beautiful views of the ocean, and the interior decoration is very tasteful. Everything was amazing!!! Thank you so much 100%
