Loft holiday rentals in Campania

A great place to stay if you want to be near the Amalfi Coast, without being in the thick of it all. The view is incredible and it’s lovely and quiet, the apartment has everything you need for self catering. Local buses, a couple of mini markets, a pharmacy and some restaurants and cafes are all within a few minutes walk.

was a nice distance from anything you wanted to do in caserta and a small walk from the station if you wanted to venture further. home was well kept and felt comfortable ❤️

Very cute place! And very responsive hosts!

Very large, very bright and very clean apartment. Ideal location, right in the center, from the balcony you can see the dome of Piazza Plebiscito, very easy to reach the main places of interest on foot. Adriano was very kind, he picked us up and helped us with our suitcases and then gave us information about restaurants and things to see!! Top!!

The loft is very pleasant to live in, very large with three balconies allowing you to have a sunny view all day. It is equipped with all the necessary equipment. The accommodation has a secure private car park. It is particularly well located for visiting Pompeii, Ercolano. The nearby train station allows you to go to Napoli without needing a car. We were very well received by our host at the Pompeii train station to guide us to her home. We were lucky to be accompanied by Eva Christina for the visits to Pompeii and Ercolano. We felt his passion for his region and the archaeological sites and were able to benefit from particularly detailed explanations. We are grateful for these exceptional moments. Eva Christina was proactive and very responsive in her communication. It should also be added that the fridge was filled with good things including a nice chocolate cake for our arrival. Our stay was just what we expected from the listing; small studio apartment that was functional, clean, and within walking distance from the train station! We were in the right neighbourhood, full of local services, historic attractions, restaurants and bars…and only a short walk for a beautiful waterfront stroll! Clementia was always responsive and well organized, and took time to make sure our check-in and stay went well! Thankyou

A spacious and comfortable split-level apartment, well-equipped and very easy to like. It's set in a characterful party of this intriguing city - go down the steps to the posh shops of La Chiaia or go up into a higher part of town for views of the bay and islands, and another slice of local life. Tutu' and his colleagues are very attentive, ensuring an attractive and straightforward stay.

Rita was our main point of contact and she was wonderful!!! This place is in the heart of Sorrento, surrounded by shops and restaurants, yet it’s up a lovely alley and quiet once inside. It’s a 10 minute walk to the main port. There is not a full kitchen, but you don’t need one when you’re on vacation. It was beautiful and just as the pictures described. It was a bit expensive but the property was lovely!

Nice clean & spacious apartment with high ceiling. Centrally located in the Spanish quarter. Easily accessible 5 mins walk from Napoli Centrale Stazione from metro line 1 (Garibaldi to Municipio). Gracious and informative host. Highly Recommended.

Renato's place was perfect for our 5-night stay in Naples. The photos on the listing gave us a clear and accurate idea of what to expect, and the apartment matched it perfectly. Communication with the host was excellent—they provided plenty of helpful recommendations for our stay and even helped us book a taxi when we left. Huge thumbs up to the hosts! They also left some complimentary food items for us upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. The apartment is centrally located, so we were able to walk almost everywhere. I always felt safe in the area. The beds were very comfortable, the space was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked great. I didn’t plan to cook (Naples has some of the best food in Italy!), so I didn’t use the kitchen utensils, but that wasn’t an issue at all. This place made for a great home base while exploring the city.

Ernesto's place is very well located in the historic center of Naples, but on a quiet street. It's extremely cozy. Ernesto is very responsive. I recommend it!

Somewhat outside, super to reach with the metro, but sometimes 30 minutes on the road, as is usual in big cities. Unique location in a park-like area with a parking lot, access secured by a gate. Perfect for 4 people, two bathrooms, great design.

Super cute and clean little loft, steps away from the beach and many nice restaurants. Ground floor (so very convenient for my elderly dog) and right near a paid parking lot. Carmen and Salvatore were very kind and responsive, and we had a wonderful stay! We hope to visit again soon!

A large, very clean house, with a nice bathroom, kitchen and all comforts including air conditioning. There is always parking in front of the house. Domenico's mother welcomed me, a very kind person. I am satisfied, I recommend it.

My best stay in italy! Italians are in general friendlier than Germans (i'm German). But Maria goes one step further and shines with a hospitality that I have never experienced before. She really takes time for every little thing. She helped me to find my way around and through her I was able to meet wonderful and also very helpful people. Here in alfano you can relax in this huge apartment, have two balconies, the breathtaking view and this silence is just perfect after a long working day (working remotely). You get internet from your smartphone, the connection is first class despite the many mountains. You can arrive by car or, like me, take the bus from sapri and be in front of the huge courtyard in just over an hour. There is even a pizza oven in the courtyard. Ah pizza...just around the corner in 200 meters you can get some really good pizza from a pizzeria. If you are looking for relaxation and don't mind a few meters of altitude, then alfano is a great place.

The attic apartment was perfect for the two of us. The building has an elevator but you do need to climb up one small set of stairs, not a complaint by any means just an as FYI if you have a big suitcase. The apartment had everything you needed, stove, mini fridge, 2 ways to make espresso, toaster oven, washer. If you do use the washer don't be a silly goose like me and NOT put the drainage tube in the bidet. 😅 There is a cute little market a few meters away and the historic center is within walking distance. I took day trips after I finished exploring Delicito. Bovino, Accadia, and Melfi are definitely close enough if you have a car. The bed is technically a sofa bed but it is at least a queen size, maybe even a king. My partner and I aren't very big or tall people so we had lots of space. The bedding was very comfortable and plush. The mattress again was surprisingly comfortable. Pietro was very hospitable and kind before, during, and after our stay.
