Sehr schönes Anwesen! Sehr ruhig, jedoch schnell in diversen Restaurants! Leider hatten wir keine Zeit den Pool zu nutzen - müssen also wiederkommen 😉 Danke lg

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Mijas! The location is perfect — peaceful and private, with a beautiful garden and stunning views over the golf courses. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The villa itself is spacious and well-maintained, with large rooms and a very comfortable common area. The pool is big and perfect for enjoying the sunny weather. Communication with the host was excellent — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

We started our vacation by meeting , Rita, about a mile away from Finca Diez. She was very friendly and charming. We drove our rental and followed Rita in her car. The rocky dirt road was winding and narrow as we went up and up. A little scary at times, but I’m sure younger folks will find it exhilarating. As we continued about 10mph, it was breathtaking to see the beautiful scenery (except for the driver who had to keep her eyes on the road). We passed a couple of other fincas along the way and their dogs greeted us by their closed gates. We finally arrived at the gated entrance of finca Diez ,a beautiful sight. The landscape surrounding the home is well maintained with trees and shrubs and flowers. The home inside is just as gorgeous. The kitchen was small but well equipped with all your needs and we were able to adapt. Nice large dining table and a large living area. Bedrooms were spacious also. Swimming pool was spacious and breathtaking all around. A glorious stay!

After arriving in Malaga we found our original villa had been double booked (not a Rem property or via Airbnb) and 10 of us left without anywhere to stay! Got straight on Airbnb and REM’s listing popped up, messaged to ask about availability and someone replied immediately. Within an hour we had booked, been given all the relevant details and booked a taxi to take us to the villa. On arrival we were blown away by the beautiful views and the fantastic villa. We all agreed that actually this villa made our holiday. It’s perfect surroundings meant we spent a little more time at the villa than we’d planned because it was just so beautiful. Thank you REM’s for saving a special birthday and for the constant communication to check everything was ok. I’ve now saved all the details and will definitely be booking again.

A beautiful villa - perfect for relaxing as a family. Area is quiet, but plenty (restaurant, beach, shops) within easy drive. Fabulous place.

Magnifique villa avec environnements et vues magnifiques sur la mer méditerranée et sur l'arrière pays, jardins fleuris très agréables. La villa est très confortable, y compris la literie, et très bien équipée, notamment si vous voyagez avec des enfants ou un bébé. José à été très accueillant, et très disponible le en cas de besoin. Départ et retour flexibles pour nous, ce qui a été un vrai plus par rapport à nos vols. Très belle région à découvrir. À conseiller !

Fabulous Stay at a Spotlessly Clean and Well-Equipped Villa! We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful villa. The property was impeccably clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Tom, looked after us during our stay, was incredibly accommodating - he promptly provided additional sun loungers when we requested them, with no questions asked. His attentive service made our experience even better. We didn't have children with us but this villa is well equipped for infants, with a separate toy room off the snug living room. Also, high chairs, cots and even car seats should you need them! Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Fran is an amazing host, very responsive and helpful. The house was beautiful - home from home. Was described as not suitable for anyone with a disability but just to point out it was located up a very steep hill and to get to the house there are multiple steps ! The house is close to a school so can be a bit noisy during school time when they are playing out and the school bell! Very Spanish area which we loved, Multiple restaurants, a supermarket, great coffee shop/ bakery - if u walk down the mountain to the sea front and turn left you will come across some gorgeous cove type beaches and fabulous restaurants - great seafood places and very reasonable prices. We only discovered this half way through the week and so glad we did ! We went into Malaga centre a few times. Walked it along the coast and got taxi’s for around 8 euros. We were 6 women, clean rooms missing mirrors, comfy beds, lovely pool, ceiling fans - may be hot in summer. We had a great time - will return to the area x

We had an amazing holiday staying here. The villa is very clean and modern, equipped with everything you need during the stay. The outdoor pool area is wonderful! It’s in a great location, and within walking distance of the beach, plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this villa, and look forward to returning back here in the future!

Great Villa for large group - we had 4 families all with children and everyone had lots of space. The location is in a residential area which is very quiet so you ideally need a car if you want to go out and about use taxi's for shopping trips etc but there is a nice restaurant and petrol station with mini-mart close by. The beach is within walking distance but down a big hill and over main road. We mostly stayed at the Villa and there is a well equipped kitchen, high end BBQ and lots of nice seating areas so everyone can enjoy themselves without being on top of each other. Swimming Pool, Games & Table Tennis went down well with the kids.

Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zu Schlüssel Übergabe verlief alles super und Transparent. Die Gastgeberin hat sofort auf jeden Wunsch reagiert und war sofort zu Stelle. Es ist ein tolles Haus mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten wie beheizter Pool, Grill, Sport und andere Annehmlichkeiten gut auszuspannen und erholsamen Urlaub zu erleben. Wir haben es genossen. This place is a peaceful oasis. A beautiful villa set in lovely gardens and equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. Florence was very responsive and friendly, always there to answer any questions we might have.

Fantastic job by Samanta and Mario at Mar Management. Great check in and they helped us get our baggage left off early. Showed us around the whole complex which includes an excellent pool area. The villa has three separate outdoor sitting areas and two indoor lounges. Really well equipped and furnished indoors and out, including a high quality Weber gas BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture. The area is quiet and not really close to any shops - the nearest is up the hill to the Benalmadina Pueblo (old town) which is really beautiful with great little restaurants. So be prepared to do some walking got get groceries and to the shops/restaurants. In reality, you need either a hire car or get local taxis or Uber which are quite cheap (less than €10).

Fantastic views! We had a lovely stay to celebrate 70th birthday with the family. Property suited us well, but be aware there are lot of steps and different levels so not ideal for elderly with reduced mobility or for small children. Hire car made it easy to do shopping and explore nearby attractions. I would not hesitate to book Casa Kodak again!

We hebben weer een fantastische week achter de rug! We hebben ook veel geluk gehad met het weer, het was echt genieten. Het voelde meteen weer als thuiskomen, we waren hier voor de tweede keer. Fantastische locatie, gezellig huisje met zwembad meteen aan de zee gelegen. Het huisje had ondertussen een upgrade gehad: nieuwe zetel, nieuwe bedden, nieuwe loungezetels buiten. Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, ook veel buitenspeelgoed voor de kinderen (voor in het zwembad en aan zee). Het onthaal ging vlot en we mochten van Linda ook eerder inchecken dus we konden meteen in het huisje (wat super was). Bij aankomst staat er ook steeds een welkomstpakketje klaar en frisse drankjes in de frigo. De communicatie met Linda en Marcus verliep ook vlot. Geen bemerkingen, wij zijn en blijven fan. We komen graag volgend jaar voor een derde keer terug!

Stayed here for a week in May and had a great time. Beautiful Villa that's been recently fairly refurbished, excellent hosts and a lovely little town with a great beach. Highly recommend.

Had a very pleasant vacation! The villa was big, it had everything we needed. Very beautiful view from terrace! The host was very friendly and answered very quickly when we had some questions. Many restaurants nearby, also walking distance to train station. Also thankful for a chance of late check-out. It’s a hidden gem of Benalmadena!

Vi havde et skønt ophold - både børn og voksne. Søde værter der gav os god inspiration til oplevelser, da de tog imod os og var hurtig til at svare på eventuelle spørgsmål vi havde undervejs i vores ophold. Området med pool, udsigt og i særdeleshed udekøkken var over al forventning. Det var en virkelig skøn udsigt! Vi nød roen og naturen. Man skal være opmærksom på, at det kræver en god lejebil og at der er lidt afstand til seværdigheder og indkøb.

Het is een fantastisch huis: helemaal gerenoveerd en met heel veel liefde en smaak ingericht. Alles is brandschoon. Diverse zitjes waar je koffie of een borrel kan drinken en heel fijn terras bij het zwembad incl buitenkeuken! Schaduwrijk en met prachtig uitzicht. De ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn zowel in de zon als in de schaduw te plaatsen. De keukens zijn goed ingericht, ook voor kook liefhebbers en bij terras een heerlijke BBQ voor de verse vis van de markt. De bedden zijn nieuw en van hotel niveau: heerlijk geslapen.

Wij willen Daniel echt bedanken voor de prachtige omgeving en huis die hij aanbied. En al helemaal voor t feit dat we eerst in een ander huisje zaten zonder water, waarbij Daniel ons zsm heeft mogen ontvangen. Ergens waar je pas om 3 uur mag inchecken, heeft Daniël zo hard gewerkt om ons zelfs eerder te mogen ontvangen. We hebben echt genoten en wat een top locatie om tot rust te komen. Alles was tiptop geregeld en alle puntjes op de i gezet. Alles was schoon en makkelijk te vinden. Super bedankt voor alles daniel. Je hebt mijn gezin en mij echt voorzien van een heerlijke vakantie, na alle stress ervoor. Je hebt ervoor gezorgd dat we geen stress meer ervaarde en ons iets veel beters en mooiers aangeboden dan waar we eerst zaten. Altijd vriendelijk en reageert ala minute op al je vragen of berichtjes. We komen In shaa Allah zeker weer terug om te kunnen genieten van je huisje en je rustgevende omgeving. Je bent een topper! Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen!!

Aitana was very helpful. She helped us with the booking. I arrived late. She received me with a smile, wine, water, coffee and more. She is young but has compassion of a senior and she gave me a warm welcome. The house has more than I expected. Everything in the house is well thought of. Very tasteful decorated. It feels homey and warm. Nice lighting and furniture. A fireplace. Clean spaces. Soap, shampoo and shower gel. Luxury towels. I enjoy the view from the balcony over the sea. The sunsets are amazing. At night you see a banner of twinkling lights in the distance. The area is quiet. It is in a gated community. We can park the car at street level (upper floor) but we can als park a floor below. Which is unique! Both floors can be run independently from each other. It’s about 10 min by car to the beach. And 5 min buy car to shopping mall. We definitely recommend! Grateful for being here. Lovely cottage, perfect location for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Well worth a trip to nerja! And 100% recommend a car for the time you stay. Susana was great at looking after us and checking us in etc. we will definitely return!! The only thing I would suggest an improvement on is a seating table outside could be bigger so all guests can sit together as currently only two small tables. But other than that the place is lovely!! Thank you and see you soon

Our family had a very relaxing and peaceful stay and really enjoyed the beautiful house and gardens, all very well maintained and looked after. The short drive to Coin gave access to shopping and authentic Spanish restaurants and shopping.

This place is a true gem. The space was spotless and beautifully designed, and everything about it felt peaceful and luxurious. The pool was a total dream, sparkling clean and perfectly situated to enjoy the stunning scenery. It was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax, and Isabel was super responsive and helpful throughout my stay. We were even able to check in early. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — everything was perfect from start to finish, and I would come back in a heartbeat!
