Guests must be 26 years of age to rent. Located on an acre lot w/ more than 200 feet of private water frontage & built right on the 1044 (the lowest and closest to the lake that the Tennessee Valley Water Authority will allow). 18 x 30 fire pit, covered dock, tiki bar, hot tub, 2 full kitchens.
