My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

We loved our time here. It was so peaceful and lovely. I loved all the animals that roamed around. Made us feel right at home. The bnb was super cute and clean and exactly what we needed. You can tell that the host cares for the renters! In the morning I had coffee and sat out back and listened to all the sounds of nature and it truly was beautiful. If we ever find our way out this way again we would 10/10 stay again!

It was not luxury but very clean, comfortable. Wonderful soft snuggly blankets. It felt safe. It is not in the city but only a few minutes drive to good restaurants. There were some good Tex mex restaurants close by. I was born & raised in Texas so I miss the plethora of Mexican food availability. It was a trade off but a loosing one for me. It is comfortable & anyone should find it a very good choice for a stay.
