Studio apartment in the center, renovated and furnished with independent entrance, air conditioning, washing machine, Smart TV, perfect for a relaxing vacation without moving the car much. The white beaches can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, (Ghiaie beach) just 5 minutes from the bus stops and the shuttle service to the other beaches, restaurants and activities are very close. It is a 13-minute walk from the ferries, also great for quick stays in the winter.

The sunset in the evening from the terrace is beautiful. It has no heating. From 10/01 to 10/04/21 there are ordinances that limit traffic and roads closed due to sporting events.

A wonderful stay. June month ideal to stay in Elba, as it is not too crowded. Ideal house for two people. Beautiful view from the terrace, equipped with a coffee table and chairs. Ability to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace enjoying beautiful sunsets and the singing of birds. The only drawback is the sofa bed with a thin and spring mattress that is uncomfortable for elderly or very heavy people. Easy to reach in about 20 minutes by car all the most beautiful beaches of Elba: Sansone, the Sorgenti, the lover, Fetovaia, Cavoli, Le Ghiaie. Bagnaia is very nice, with a nice children's playground, municipal relaxation area, supermarket and restaurants and several bars. Cute marina with the possibility of renting various types of boats. 10 minutes by car Portoferraio with many supermarkets and all kinds of goods.

The apartment is wonderful, surrounded by the sea on all sides with indescribable tranquility and peace. It is located in the center and it is very convenient to walk to the sea or activities and restaurants. In addition, Giuseppe was very kind and available to help us at every stage of the stay, from check-in to check-out. A wonderful person! We were very pleased with the price, the location, the amenities and Raffaele was so very helpful. Anything we needed, anytime of day, he was quick to answer and help us. Raffaelle helped make our quick trip better. The little apartments are small, but efficient. Everything you need is there. Sheets and towels and toilet paper are not included, so remember to add them on. We brought a car on the ferry and used the BluNavy discount code that Raffaelle sent us and it saved us quite a bit of money.
