The apartment has heating, a heat pump, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. In addition, upon request, a crib can be provided at no additional cost. The stay includes one free private parking space. Guests also have access to the common areas of the complex, shared with the other seven apartments: outdoor pool, barbecue area and outdoor dining area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings during their stay.

La Regidora is an old quintería, or country house, located on the Quixote Route, between Alcázar de San Juan and Argamasilla de Alba. The property is a renovated, single-story former manor house from the early 1900s that retains the character of the original building. It has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a half bath, and large common areas. It is located on a 6,000-m² (1.5-acre) property. Outside, it features a large Manchego-style patio with a BBQ and a wooded garden with a swimming pool. An ideal place to rest.

Coparelia

The jacuzzi is only plugged in during the summer months from June to August, since it is outdoors and does not heat the water. The house is prepared for eight people. If the rules are not met, I will be forced to communicate it to the platform, since I am having very bad experiences lately with more than 30 people entering the house and they are destroying it. The house is not for that kind of parties. For each person that enters without informing me, it would be €100 more
