Due to the stairs, please note that this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The place is very calm but still very close to the city center with the famous 28 tram stopping right in front of the house. Close to bus stops and not far from a metro station. Please note that there are ongoing construction projects in the area, which may cause some noise during regular weekday working hours.
