ABOUT OUR RESIDENCE: - The house with a total area of 230m in which it will be made available, the living room, TV room, dining room, pantry and kitchen. We will also eventually have the use of a barbecue area and a clay oven. - Laundry room with washer and dryer and sink with two basins. - The cleaner will clean the room twice a week, at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. LOCATION: Excellent location three kilometers from the central area of the city; close to the main public transport lines, three blocks to Av. Eduardo Elias Zahran, where bus stop, taxi stand, bank agencies, supermarkets, restaurants, barbecues, tea houses, partnerships, bars and snack bars are located. Close to the Campo Grande Shopping Mall and the North South Plaza Shopping Mall, the Indigenous Nations Park, the Indian Museum – Don Bosco Cultures Museum, the Pantanal Foundation, the Federal University of MS, the State Government Administrative Center, Convention Center, as well as museums, theaters and cinemas, Casa do Artesão, Feira livre with typical regional foods. Campo Grande has a number of sightseeing tours, including one of them, with open buses from the Secretary of Tourism for a City-Tur. The airport is about 6 km from the center and 9 km from our residence, being very easy to access. It is located about 280 km from the lush Bonito; 150 km from the beginning of the stunning Pantanal; 400 km from the magnificent heart of the Pantanal, Corumbá and 320 km from Ponta Porã, a tourist city bordering Paraguay. For your convenience, if you prefer, all these locations have the excellent equipment of specialized tourism agencies to carry out the best circuit in the region. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The old family home has four bedrooms, one of which is independent, great for isolating and working. Balconies, two living rooms, kitchen, laundry with washing machine and two bathrooms. The best: 1,440 m2 of backyard with 37 trees, 21 of which are fruit trees, which attract birds.
