La dependance di Francesco è un’ottima base per girare parte dell’Umbria come ho fatto io (da Norcia a Perugia senza grossi problemi). I locali non sono troppo grandi ma al loro interno c’è posto per tutto, la zona intorno è davvero molto tranquilla e con una vista che non si trova da altre parti. Francesco è stato un host disponibile che ci ha accolto al check-in e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie anche prima del giorno di arrivo. Consiglio vivamente di trascorrere qui qualche giorno se pensate di fare una vacanza in Umbria

My partner and I had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as described — actually even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the bed was very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. We even managed to enjoy a nice barbecue! I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — it’s absolutely magical. Check-in was super smooth, and the host was perfect: not intrusive or anxious at all (which has happened to me before elsewhere). Everything went perfectly. Thank you so much!

Da Nonna Nuccia ci si sente subito a casa, in una splendida dimora accogliente, curata nei dettagli e di grande atmosfera. Andrea ci ha accolto con gentilezza, ci ha raccontato la storia della casa e del territorio e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Non solo, per rifocillarci dopo il viaggio ci ha fatto trovare una buonissima crostata e altri piccoli omaggi che abbiamo davvero apprezzato! Fabriano e i dintorni sono pieni di angoli da scoprire e di paesaggi da ammirare. Il nostro weekend è volato, ma avremmo voluto durasse di più!

Stefano and Erika have a beautiful guest house that was exactly as described, very comfortable, with stunningly beautiful surroundings. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and shown the guest house. Stefano and Erika provided many wonderful items that we enjoyed throughout our stay to include, local cheeses and meats, yogurts, wonderful wine, local jams, and a homemade plum tart. This place is incredible with perfect hosts and everything you will need for the best vacation. I will recommend Stefano and Erika’s guest house to all my friends and we will definitely stay at the guest house during our next visit to Cingoli. This is a PERFECT place to spend for a short or long vacation.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

The house itself is immaculate — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with charming touches that reflect the Tuscan countryside. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, from the cozy linens to the spacious layout that gave us plenty of room to relax and unwind. Every corner of the home felt intentional and inviting. We especially loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings. It truly felt like a retreat. If you’re looking for an authentic, relaxing, and comfortable escape in Tuscany with a host who truly cares, Podere le Corticelle is the place. We can’t wait to return.
