Holiday houses in Camponocecchio

This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place - you will feel invigorated after a stay at Casa del Monte. Thank you so much Tiziana and Hubert❤️

Wij zijn niet voor niets voor de tweede keer hier geweest😊… Dat doen we eigenlijk nooit, maar dit is echt een mooi huisje in een prachtige omgeving waar we nog niet uitgekeken waren. Het huisje ziet er net zo mooi uit als op de foto’s en het uitzicht vanaf het terras (en vanuit de jacuzzi) is prachtig! Groot voordeel vinden we dat je ‘s avond mug-vrij kunt zitten doordat je de transparante screens kunt sluiten rondom de veranda. Wij hebben wederom een heerlijk verblijf gehad hier. In de omgeving is van alles te zien en te doen. Zo is bijvoorbeeld een bezoek aan de grotten van Frassasi meer dan de moeite waard! Erg indrukwekkend! Tip: Vergeet ook vooral niet om een bezoek te brengen aan ijssalon Miss Pistacchio in Ceretto d’Esi 😋… Zij zijn behalve op maandag de hele week open van 07.30 tot middernacht. Het ijs is vanaf 11.30 uur te verkrijgen en wordt daar zelf gemaakt. Veel lekkere smaken, maar onze favoriete smaak is toch echt wel ‘miss pistacchio’ met de gebakken pistache nootj

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti a fine agosto in concomitanza con il Frasassi Climbing Festival. La casa si trova vicinissima a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dal campo sportivo in cui si svolge la maggior parte dell’evento. La casa è situata nel cuore del paese a due passi dalla piazzetta e dei ristorantini. Si tratta di un alloggio molto spazioso con camere grandi e due bagni confortevoli dotati di ogni cosa necessaria. Anche la cucina completa di tutto addirittura di una grande lavastoviglie. C’è un meraviglioso terrazzino in una camera che si affaccia su una strada interna molto verde e tranquilla. Gabriella è stata un’host gentilissima e premurosa che ringrazio ancora insieme alla disponibilità di Marco.

Het uitzicht is adembenemend en maakt je verblijf meer dan waard. Alberto is een topgastheer en z’n kookkunsten zijn een bonus! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Perfect voor wie wil ontspannen midden in de rust van Le Marche. Alberto, bedankt voor de geweldige tijd!

We spend unbelievable nice two weeks in Loretello. All rooms are very nice and have a very nice atmosphere. Very warm and very personal. The landscape around Loretello and the view from the apartment is breathtaking. Loretello is the perfect location to explore the region. In almost every little village there are hidden gems waiting to be found. We felt truly embedded in Italy. The restaurants, markets, little shops, vineyards, farmer markets in the villages around Loretello are absolutely enjoyable. Our three kids enjoyed the pool very much. Little Loretello did offer a lot to explore for them. Our hosts has been extremely nice and extremely professional. Thank you very much for this wonderful Italian experience.

Andrea gentilissimo, Spazio ben curato in un bel borghetto poco abitato e molto tranquillo. Ampia terrazza per il parcheggio e facile da raggiungere. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

We really enjoyed our time in Coccore. Its such a beautiful house and the view is stunning. Great place to stay when exploring Marche and Umbria. We stayed 1 month. All worked very well and we can suggest the house for everyone. Sandra was very helpful and helped us a lot along the stay. We were 4 adults and 2 babies and the size of the house was perfect for us. There was also one bed more so fifth adult would fit comfortably. Only minus for us was that we could not take the babies to amazing upstairs library room since the gaps between the railings were too big that babies would have been in risk of falling through. That was something we suspected before the trip so it was not anything to upset for us. Great holiday, thank you Claudia and Sandra!
