Bartolomeo's place was our place for 2 weeks, but even more than we felt at home. Elevator, parking, restaurants around the corner, convenient supermarket within easy reach. In front of the house the Mediterranean. Very nice neighborhood in the house. The location is wonderful. Menton Nice monte carlo, Eze in one direction and sanremo imperia in the other. Bartolomeo's apartment is very clean and comfortable. Bartolomeo always responded very quickly and kindly to questions,and discreetly asked every few days if we needed anything else. Checking in with the lockbox was easy. Vallecrosia also has many other beautiful things to offer in its location. Long talked short sense,Bartolomeo's apartment is highly recommended. I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

they were extremely friendly and open to support with all kind of problems. even when it is not a problem. They are totally focused in give you the best support and make you feel safe all the time.

What a pleasure it was to stay with Martine and Jean-Francois. Their home by the river is a haven of peace where you immediately recharge. The garden is simply wonderful. Our kids were thrilled and so were the parents! Martine and Jean-Francois are warm, have good advice, in short, a nice meeting. Don't hesitate for a second to book , you won't be disappointed!

Everything was perfect, Alessia is a perfect host, warm and welcoming. We would always come back and reommend to stay at this place in Sanremo. The view is fantastic. The only downside was the construction site nearby it was a little loud during the week. But we could still enjoy the stay very much.

This apartment was great for our short visit to Monaco. It was a short walk from the train station and the check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment had everything we needed and the host gave us recommendations on a variety of different things to do in the area. Everything is within walking distance that you want to see, whether that is visit the Monte Carlo casino or take a walk down to the marina and take in the views of the city. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Marco's and Paola'a house is beautiful, well equipped, with spacious garden and we had amazing time. Paola is the most friendly and warm host you can imagine. The region is great too, with number of attractions to visit just a short ride away. The only lowlight for us was mosquitoes, even that I have taken some sprays nothing worked, only the over the beds nets, so my advise to start using them straight away as this traditional way against them. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and we would love to stay again, grazie mille :)

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

Excellent stay with Grazia and her husband who are very kind and very responsive to the messages we leave them. Very clean apartment, nicely decorated, very nice small balcony on which you can eat 2 without problem. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, ideal for sleeping well and in the city center so everything is doable on foot. A big plus is the extra parking space, which is much cheaper than paying for 1 space in town! I would recommend this property and would be happy to come back.

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

We had a wonderful stay! The view is absolutely stunning — even better than the photos. It’s a perfect spot for families looking to disconnect from the noise of big cities and enjoy some quiet time in nature. At the same time, it’s just a short drive from Nice and Monaco, making day trips super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a beautiful setting.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We had a very nice stay in Alix's apartment. The apartment is located in a peaceful residence with an incredible sea view. The pool of the residence is a real plus as well as the private terrace. Alix also provided us with very good addresses for restaurants and local shops.

We had a wonderful week at Marie-Jo's apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every magical!! The apartment is 45-55 minutes' walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. But there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for 10€ a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)

A lovely apartment with an excellent pool within walking distance of Nice. The balcony is excellent, large area where you can easily sit four and eat both breakfast and dinner, nice view of the pool but also the Mediterranean and Nice airport at a distance. Close (5-minute walk) to a bakery with a lovely assortment of classic French specialties. Free parking near the entrance if you rent a car. We made excursions to Monaco (40 minutes by car), Villefranche sur mer (10 minutes, lovely swimming!) and Saint Paul de Vence (35 minutes, beautiful medieval village). We have rarely slept so well, quiet and almost perfect blackout with blinds from floor to ceiling. Really a lovely accommodation👌. Thank you and see you again 🙏
