La Terrazza dei Monti Azzurri

What a magical place! Beautiful and comfortable 2 bed, 1 bath on the top floor. All with wonderful mid century furniture, crockery and cutlery. Everything you need in the kitchen, great gas hob and large fridge freezer. Downstairs is the magic - open sided lounge area looking out over the wonderful vista of the mountains in the distance and the towns below. Large new BBQ which we used, and then sat out with a glass of wine watching the rainbows, sunset and twinkling night lights below. Francesco was wonderful - meeting us and then directing us in his car to the property which is out of the town. Perfect stay - wish it was not for just a stop over but for a few days. Highly recommend.

Casa Di Cristo - A Rustic Charm Oasis

JeremyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
This was an amazing place to stay. The Villa was great: clean, comfortable and in a spectacular location with a panoramic view from the pool across the countryside to the mountains. We barbecued most evenings as the sun went down and then had breakfast most mornings under the vine pergola. We had nice trips to quiet local towns like Ripe San Genesio, with more amazing views, and a longer trip to historic Urbino. The Oasi Tigre supermarket in Tolentino was close by for food and wine and like most Italian supermarkets gave us fresh fish, vegetable, meat and a good selection of local wines - much better than many UK supermarkets. We found Le Marche to be much less busy than Tuscany but still with lovely scenery, lovely weather and lovely food.

Valle del LUPO - GHEPPIO cottage

JenniferRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We spent an unforgettable stay with Micaela and Roberto in this charming cottage surrounded by greenery, where time seems to slow down and every breath smells of nature. Me, my partner and our dog were greeted with warmth and kindness in an authentically hospitable atmosphere, which immediately made us feel at home. The silence of the place, interrupted only by the song of the birds and the rustling of the leaves, gave us a deep sense of peace. The garden, manicured but wild at the right point, was also a paradise for our dog, who was able to enjoy freedom and greenery safely. A special thought goes to the delicious homemade tart we found when we arrived: a simple gesture, but full of care, which encloses the soul of this place. Highly recommended, see you next time!

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

Villa with outdoor kitchen and amazing views

AbiRating, 5 stars10 months ago
A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.

Casa Carotondo – Rotondo Apartment

AlineRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We spent a very pleasant week in Casa Carotondo's apartment: sober, cared for, equipped with all comforts, it is perfect to enjoy a holiday full of rest. The terrace and the wonderful garden that surrounds the house are a gift to the heart and mind, they invite you to stop to contemplate the calm profile of the mountains that is offered to our view. The house guide we found in the apartment contains, in addition to practical information about local services and shops, a set of suggestions about the many centers of interest nearby . For his part, Rob was very helpful and showed us some nice walks to do in the Sibillini mountains. Our stay. Unfortunately, it will remain imprinted on us and we will keep the memory of a place of peace and harmony. Thanks to Rob and Vanessa for this beautiful place . Aline and Giancarlo
