The place was great. It is right on a river and walking path and very close to town. The amenities were great. The place was clean, and Ruth was extremely responsive.

Jennifer and Scott's place was perfect for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed. Scott greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the space, which was very helpful. The location was perfect for us. We drove about 15 minutes daily to the Waterville Valley Nordic center to cross country ski. We also went out for dinner in Plymouth which is not far away. An excellent stay!!! We would love to visit Red Sleigh again!

I was recommended the place to stay by my brother. It was perfect for a short trip, but would be even better for a week stay or long weekend with family. The space was warm, with nice bedrooms and a great living room open to kitchen to hang out in. The kitchen counter is ridiculously beautiful, makes the space feel a little more up north magical. A pleasant surprise was an ability to do a natural cold plunge in the river right outside (far superior to the regular old home plunges in a tub). The location is perfectly centrally located to be close to restaurants, there is a Brewery not too far, but it feels very connected to nature (you can see the woods and river out back. Highly recommend.

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Beautiful space - perfect for two couples or small families. My husband and I went for a weekend away with my parents. Loved the location being close most places around the lake and Megan was super responsive to anything we needed. 5 stars all the way!

It was the perfect place to stay for my bridesmaids and their spouses. We really had the best time, it was extremely beautiful and clean, and our host was so lovely and friendly - she even left us a bottle of champagne for the special occasion. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area!

The house was beautiful. The walk down to the dock was also wonderful, the lake is beautiful. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well!

Jayne & Steve’s place was perfect for me and my boyfriend! The space was very cozy and had everything we needed. It was super close to downtown N. Woodstock, which had several different restaurants, breweries & shops. We really enjoyed the breweries-the servers were very friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night but wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Nice simple three bed. quick drive to Waterville valley for skiing and not. clean and new. one thing to know is you are close to a busy road so may hear cars and trucks at night. overall great.

The Pancake House was the perfect getaway! Peaceful, relaxing, comfortable, and charming! The house is better than the photos can show, and offered plenty of space for fun and relaxation. We enjoy evenings by the fire after enjoying the sunset on the lake!

Beautiful setting! We enjoyed coffee on the large covered porch sitting in the swings. We love to cook and the kitchen and open concept space was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. We walked the trail along the lake and enjoyed the sunset. the bald eagles were great to see every day too. we also really enjoyed the kayaks. the name mirror lake was very appropriate!

Great house with beautiful lake view and comfortable set up. Everything was clean and in good shape. Steve was responsive with communication and provided all the info we needed. I would recommend staying here.

I really enjoyed staying at Christine’s place on the lake. The condo was clean and the view by the water was great. It was super easy to check in / out. Christine was always very responsive. I would definitely consider staying again.

Roberta's place was perfect! We come up to Lincoln often and have stayed at many different places and I must say that this location is the best -- it took us one minute to get to Loon! The view is spectacular -- I love sitting on the couch, reading, while I look up and see the Pemi river. It is so very peaceful. Inside, you will find all the amenities you could need - every room is fully stocked. The beds are super comfy, and if you appreciate a nice cozy blanket while sitting next to the fire, you will find one in every bedroom! Roberta was very friendly and responsive. My daughter and I decided to extend our stay by one day, and she immediately got back to me, making the process seamless. I highly recommend this place!!

This was my second time staying here. Although, it rained the 1st 2 days there, we still very much enjoyed our stay I absolutely love it. The river is right out back, gorgeous view with a deck to sit on. The sound of the river is wonderful! Her place is clean. It's perfect for what I need!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is our second year coming here and we’re already considering coming for a third year AND we’re recommending it to our friends. This place has a highly functional (if small) kitchen, comfy beds, great location, very quiet (with the exception of one night of drunk college kids next door), very private looking out over the mountains, and a big pool, hot tub and sauna as well as an arcade room and ping pong! Shelly was quick to respond, even in the middle of the night with a phone number of someone who might help with the party next door (and that was only 1 night, we stayed 6 nights and that was the only middle of the night noise). The building is well kept and the staff is friendly. Top notch place to stay.

We had a great stay with our 2 year old and 4 year old. Would definitely stay again!
