Though there were issues with water supply on the first day but you made sure it gets fixed on the same day. The stay was really beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. We had a lovely stay at Kim's place. spotlessly clean apartment in a very peaceful location just off the main road. Beach is a 5 minute walk away pool was nearby too. Bars and restaurants a 2 minute walk away the villa could not be in a more perfect location. Kim and her family are lovely people always ready to help. Not a Luxurious , but friendly, scenic and homely stay. Food from neighborhood was good. Rohan was very helpful

Host Mathai had made our visit to Goa so memorable. we made a last minute booking. Thankfully my whole family including wife children and parents enjoyed fullest at his apartment. Two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms along with balcony. Equipped with fridge washing machine stove water filter and many more. All in good condition as good as new. Thanks a lot mathai for making it so memorable and happy. Location is very much near to augado fort candolim beach and shopping center like delfinos. Definitely will recommend this apartment. All the best!!!!

It was totally worth a choice of place, The beach is 5min drive, we visited during Diwali and the location of the apartment was close to the beach keeping you away from the chaos and crowd on the main road. The apartment is well ventilated with ventilation from three sides of the apartment, it was definitely an apartment within nature. You wake up toe a beautiful sky and fields it was a pleasant stay with all the basic necessities available. Marica was a wonderful host who welcomed us with Bananas and kept enquiring if everything was fine at the apartment. We would definitely recommend this place, Felt like home in a serene environment.

We had a lovely time and he was always responsive to any of our requests. We chose the room from a choice of 2 and was very pleased with it, especially as it had a washing machine which is very important for a 6 week holiday. Our cleaner Sumni was thorough and had a lovely smile. A fresh coat of paint would improve the accommodation even more.

Superb Stay. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and extra bed provided. All amenities were given. Clean Drinking water available in the vicinity. Pool facilities were great. Host is also very active and constantly in touch, also ready to help in any way possible Overall great experience. Definitely recommended

It was a very pleasant stay . The property is just near the beach and society is very good. I would recommend the stay if you want peace and stay in south goa near the beach.

Farmco Cottage was a very peaceful place to be and spend time to relax enjoying nature at its very best. Beautiful place overlooking the forest area good for a barbeque and a few drinks to chill on a holiday after a long break. There was a close by restaurant and other smal restaurants. Only one drawback is there is no pharmacy around if any emergency so I suggest people carry thier own meds what ever basics. For anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and quite in Goa should visit. The cottage and bathroom were very clean which is always what I look for in a place first. Francis and Krishna were very sweet and helpful and always came whenever we needed anything. Overall a lovely place I would definitely visit again being from Goa itself. only I wish there was a boundary wall and we could bring more then one pet along Would enjoy our vacation even more as they are family. But would comeback for sure especially during the monsoons. Thank you Carlton for hosting us.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property nestled in the heart of nature, it was simply extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the majestic mountain view, and our excitement only grew as we explored the property. The important thing is that there's nobody to disturb you. It's just you and the nature ♥️. Throughout our stay, our host Darren and the owner proved to be incredibly helpful and accommodating. We truly felt pampered throughout our stay. They were always available to answer our questions and assist us with any concerns we had. The room was clean with all the necessities. The kitchen was well equipped with a stocked fridge. The pool may look small in pics but it was big in size. Our caretaker, Prakash proved to be an invaluable resource. Helped us with our luggage, cooked us food, and was always available 24/7. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a remarkable stay. can't wait to return :)
