Last stay… we really like it. 24-hour convenience in the building helped a lot.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Santos! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The building felt very safe, and the apartment itself had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly—they were always quick to respond and made check-in easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santos!

Excellent apartment, well equipped, very comfortable and with ocean views. Very nice area, with good restaurants and commerce in general. Tuca was always very attentive and maintained communication. Best of all you can reach the beach in minutes. 100% recommended.

The accommodation is unique. The condominium is very well located, with a good leisure structure. The apartment is impeccable. I consider the building one of the best options in the Gonzaga Neighborhood and the unit one of the best options in the building, considering that I have stayed in other apartments in the condominium.

To begin, I have to say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than can be repaired by photos. The extremely smelling bath towels. The impeccable beds, each with a keep and bedding. In addition to the other things, the loft is to be congratulated. The ap is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The staff of the super gentle condominium as well. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and foot in the sand. We like it a lot and I'm excited to be back soon.

Apartment with spectacular location. Breakfast served on weekends (paid separately) is sufficient and very pleasant. Condominium with a great leisure area, swimming pools with water at a pleasant temperature, attentive staff. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, I would return again with peace of mind.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

I stayed 1 week and didn't take my car out of the garage, I did absolutely everything on foot, and I found the location very safe too. Even more so because I was alone. Noble point of Santos. I'll be back for sure!

I have no words to describe my stay at Carnival 2025, the summary in just one WONDERFUL WORD 😍🙏 The apartment is beautiful and exactly the same as the photos and even better. Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. My stay was excellent! I was very well received, everything was clean, organized and exactly as described in the listing. I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that the rental of a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bed linen. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

The house was clean and organized, the place has an excellent restaurant in front of the house, a market and a beverage store nearby, we liked the accommodation, it served my family well, Ricardo promptly answered our questions, I recommend it.

Great stay in an impeccable home We rented this house in Guarujá to reunite our family and the experience was excellent. The house is exactly like in the pictures: wide, well-equipped, clean and very well maintained. All rooms are comfortable and functional, ideal for large groups. The outdoor area is a standout, perfect for moments of leisure and rest. The entire structure has fully met our expectations.
