Holiday rentals with a patio in Canal 4

The apartment is wonderful, everything is brand new and impeccably clean. Extremely easy to access and close to everything. The host is super polite and thoughtful. It's my second time in the apartment and it's definitely one of my favorites!

Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

My stay was very good. Apartamento exatamemte as announced. The differentials were the parking space in the garage, which is not rotating, as well as the check-in and check-out times. It's close to bakery, restaurant and mall. We plan to go back.

It was a trip that we decided on short notice, but even in the running Carlos was very requested, resolved everything quickly, in less than 3 hours from the time of booking the apartment was already beautiful, clean and available to us. It was a finding that pleased a lot, we were left with 4 people plus one baby, however,despite the limited space the apartment is very functional and we were very well adapted. Our baby has enjoyed many of the toys and the available space. The view is beautiful. We drove by car and the location was very favorable for walking around Santos. Surely we are back!

Super recommend hosting. The building is new, with a wonderful view, excellent leisure area and location. We did everything on foot during our stay. The beach is a few meters from the apartment, around it has markets and plenty of commerce. The apartment is very cozy, clean, and has a wonderful view. We were able to have a BBQ and enjoy a lot. Bed and bath linens were impeccable as well. The door has an electronic lock, which makes it easy not to take keys when leaving. It has kitchen utensils for those who want kitchens and wi-fi for remote work. For those who need uber, we are able to get around without problems with this type of transport. You can rent it without fear!

I stayed in Beatriz's apartment twice and I will certainly return. The apartment is beautiful and cozy, with a privileged view! It has everything you need for a long stay. Very complete and everything working. The beds are comfortable and the showers work well! The building is wonderful with a very clean pool, gym and game room. The staff are friendly and attentive. My family and I loved our stay!!! The spectacular view of this space is just one of the many highlights of staying with Jussara! From the cozy apartment, with full kitchen, utensils and appliances, new and very well cared for, comfortable rooms and room, through the super convenient resort structure made available to guests, always supported by the gentle condominium staff and reaching more than special attention and care that Jussara dedicates to his guests, with many pampering, a lot of care, a lot of affection and a lot of whims in every corner of his Beach House. A SuperHost with a capital S and H, which made our stay unforgettable! We recommend it!!!

Great accommodation, I'm already thinking of returning another day. Accommodated very well 4 people and 1 child, located close to markets, pharmacies, very accessible, easy to get in and out.

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

Location is great, mto good beach. Check in was super easy and flexible. It's really pet friendly, the dogs loved the yard.

Good , first I don't even know what I liked anymore , whether it was the property or the charisma and sympathy of the hosts , I travel a lot and have never seen such a lovely host like Samir 👏 At the beginning, they made the checkin and checkout relaxed, which for us was PERFECT and always responding to us very quickly . ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds. We will certainly return . Gratitude❤️

Amazing accommodation for a couple, my fiancé and I got off by bus and upon arriving at the apartment everything very clean and cozy, what surprised me very much in the apt were the basic items such as a simple detergent in the sink, dishwashing bushes, toilet paper in the bathroom, (simple things that I did not find in other stays..) bed cloths and carpets all clean, we feel the touch of love in each corner of the apt. Regarding the location, it was our first time in aviation, it really has everything about, but we left for dinner and we found bar options, real food rice and beans rs’ and good music only in Guilhermina a few minutes from the apartment, we were walking and finally a super delicious tour. Vilmar always very polite, Thank you so much for your stay, we will be back for sure.

Claudia always super prompt and responsive. The apartment is exactly as described. Perfect location just a few minutes from the beach. Quiet street. Quiet condominium. Very hot pool with a beautiful view. Porter's very dearest. The beach has more hectic waves. Wouldn't recommend for families with kids. It has structure with restaurants and kiosks. As we went during New Year's Eve I found the beach quite full, nothing different from the others. We really want to come back in low season because we think everything is perfect

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.
