Cottage holiday rentals in Canal du Midi

Vincent and Vanessa are wonderful hosts, they welcomed us in person when we arrived and made us feel at home very quickly, even helping us carry our bags to the house where we were staying and explaining how everything works. This AirBnB is a wonderful traditional house in a beautiful and peaceful location, with stunning views and a private swimming pool. A true paradise! We arrived with our electric car and our hosts made their charging point available to us, which was extremely useful and convenient. There are plenty of positive things to note, but we especially appreciated the comfy beds, the friendly approach, the quietness, atmosphere and attention to detail. Top marks!

Nous avons passé un super week-end entre filles dans ce très beau logement. La maison est située au calme, idéale pour se reposer. Elle est très bien équipée, la piscine et le jacuzzi sont vraiment top ! Nous étions 7 et tout était parfait pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Je recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable en famille pour célébrer notre mariage civil à la Palombière. Yannick est un hôte au top et super arrangeant. Le domaine est magnifique, le cadre est très beau. J'aurais bien aimé profiter de ces lieux plus longtemps.

Me and my boyfriend and our two dogs had a great stay at the cottage, its really private and peaceful, nice to go for walks with the dogs, there are some farm animals to look at, fenced garden so the dogs can go out whenever, the pool and bbq was perfect when it was sunny and the jacuzzi was the best, it works perfect even when its rainy and windy because its inside. We had everything we needed, even a raclette machine which is always a big plus. Everything was clean, friendly host who was always quick to answer, really recommend this place 🤩☀️

Het is altijd een feest om in de Ariege te verblijven, een fijne accomodatie en gastvrouw maken het dan helemaal af. De woning is simpel maar van alle gemakken voorzien, Caty is een geweldige vriendelijke en betrokken gastvrouw. Attent en zeer goed te bereiken, het huis ligt relatief gunstig t.o.v. veel wandelroutes en activiteiten! Het meest gebruikt is uiteindelijk toch het bubbelbad achteraf, heerlijke plek om in bij te komen en veel plezier voor de kinderen! Dank voor de fijne tijd!

An exceptional stay! The gite is so well set up from the glorious setting and peaceful atmosphere to the fast wifi, underfloor heating, modern interior, large comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. It is a little hidden gem, surrounded by beautiful countryside and our hosts were beyond amenable and welcoming. Colin’s incredible art just creates a wonderful atmosphere. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had in a long time! Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lovely gite in Aragon.

Notre séjour chez André s'est très bien passé , nous avons très bien profité de la piscine, le jacuzzi et l'environnement très calme . Aussi,la météo était au rendez vous . je remercie André et sa femme qui était très discret . enfin , la région est très touristique par excellence. A refaire,la prochaine fois.

Parfait pour notre séjour à barcarès en face du restaurant privatisé pour notre fête familiale

J’ai passé un très bon séjour chez Géraldine. Et je la remercie de nous avoir accueilli moi et mes 3 chiens (spitz) ils ont pu profiter d’un grand jardin et de super balades aux alentours. C’est très paisible et vraiment agréable pour se reposer au calme. Très proche d’Albi et autres villages où il y’a beaucoup à voir

Elisabeth a été une hôte parfaite ! Très disponible et réactive. La maison est très belle, bien équipée et la piscine est agréable ! Nous reviendrons !

Great find, loved our stay with the family for a few days. Situated in very small village with beautiful surroundings. House was charming and came with all amenities. Sébastien was responsive and very helpful.

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in dit heerlijke huis. Het was onze eerste kennismaking met de Aveyron; wat een mooie streek. Er is onzettend veel te zien en te doen, we komen zeker terug.

A lovely place to stay with easy check-in and a secure environment, which was perfect for our dogs. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We'd definitely recommend it.

Superbe endroit en pleine nature avec tout le confort, Xavier nous a accueilli ainsi que Havana qui nous a accompagné dans nos promenades. A bientôt prenez soin de vous.

We had a blissful week in this amazing house. Mette described it perfectly. We loved everything about it, particularly sitting on the terrace watching the hundreds of rock martins (?) dancing around in the sky. The view is spectacular! Brilliant location- so much to explore. We are coming back next year!

Annette and Barry are lovely people and though our stay was a short one they were keen to make sure we were very happy with our stay. Romiguieres is a very beautiful and peaceful place, an ideal location to totally unwind. The property had everything we needed for our stay and it was very comfortable. We would certainly rebook if we are in the area again.

La casa y el entorno espectaculares, cuesta un poco acceder a la casa por el camino pero nada dramático. La mayor pega es que no haya Wi-Fi, aunque es cierto que en el anuncio lo ponía no nos dimos cuenta y en Andorra especialmente esto es un problema, ya que si vienes de España no tiene roaming.

We spent a wonderful week on holiday in a beautiful house with stunning views, ideal for two families with children. There were plenty of toys to keep the kids entertained and loads of space for them to run around and play. It was just a short drive into town, where we enjoyed delicious pastries, a friendly café, and a tasty lunch. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and always available if we needed anything. We’d happily return!

Un gîte atypique situé au cœur d'un espace naturel, avec vue imprenable sur le massif du Canigou. L'accès se mérite mais le cadre en vaut le coup ! L'aménagement intérieur est très cosy, propice à la détente. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème d'eau ou d'électricité en suivant les recommandations de Fanny. Des souvenirs inoubliables à partager !

Super week-end entre amis dans cette belle maison . Erfan est très sympathique et arrangeant . La maison est très belle avec sa grande terrasse face a la chaîne des Pyrénées. Chaque chambres dispose de sa salle de bain, très pratique quand on est nombreux . Un très bel endroit pour un séjour reposant au vert.

Gîte très agréable et bien équipé, spacieux, avec un beau et grand jardin où nous avons pu profiter de la grande piscine tous les jours pour nous rafraîchir ! Régis et Laurence sont des hôtes charmants, à la fois disponibles et discrets. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

We used to visit Roquefixade often years ago, and it was time to return. We loved staying in this cottage. It was modernized where necessary (new kitchen), but the aesthetic and charm stayed rustic. The views (!!!) of the rolling hills and Roquefixade castle were amazing. We had a BBQ in the garden and loved it. Veronica was very responsive and helpful and we left feeling like we had a friend in the hamlet. Note that the cottage is in the hamlet, not the village. If you want a quiet place close to Cathar ruins, Foix, and caves this is it. I definitely recommend it.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans le logement de Karine. Tout s’est parfaitement bien déroulé, et le logement est vraiment magnifique. De plus, Karine et son mari sont des personnes adorables. Je recommande fortement. 🤗
