Guesthouse holiday rentals in Canal du Midi

We had an excellent 3-night weekend in Montpellier for the FISE. The accommodation is a small house full of charm, nestled in a small, quiet and intimate courtyard, in the city center, close to the Place de la Mairie and the tram. There is even a Carrefour City right next door, very convenient for last-minute shopping. Access is contactless, everything is fluid and well organized. The house is well thought out: the kitchen, although minimalist, is perfectly equipped, the TV works very well, and a mosquito net is installed — a real plus because it can quickly get hot and there are mosquitoes. Note that there is no air conditioning, which can be felt in hot weather, but natural ventilation and mosquito nets allow you to stay comfortable. I highly recommend this accommodation for a pleasant, convenient and quiet stay in the heart of the city!

The beautifully designed and furnished apartment L'écurie in a large and old country house is a beautifully located starting point for excursions into the impressive surroundings. The center of Florac with all the shops is only 2 km away, but you live in a totally quiet and rural area. We highly recommend it!

Dominique and Francois really did their utmost to make me happy. Always available...never intrusive and very helpful and friendly. Also a quiet sweet dog (Django) The garden is beautiful and the cottage comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Good shower...great bed, complete kitchen. Easy access to the river with the possibility of mooring your own boat at one of the jetties. In short... I had a TOP holiday and have already booked again. We spent two days as a family in the accommodation. It is well-equipped and as described. The children really enjoyed the setting and especially Diva 😀 We look forward to seeing you again for a future excursion. Happy hosting

A small chalet on the edge of the forest. It is ideal for 2 adults. We find it too small for four. The two rooms are open to each other and connected only by stairs. Jeremie and his wife are very nice and were very relaxed, although we - accidentally - arrived a day early.

The accommodation is in my top 3 of the best Airbnbs I've ever done. if you want a quiet, peaceful, discreet place, this is the perfect place. The accommodation is in accordance with the descriptions, the hygiene is impeccable. swimming pool and spa available without any overlooking neighbors, with a large flowery plot. clear instruction, a responsive host showing availability. Needless to say, I recommend the place 😅

We had a truly memorable stay at Karen and Laka’s beautiful home in the peaceful village of Varen, France. The location is ideal for exploring some of the most charming towns in the region - Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Najac, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Albi, and more are all within easy reach. The property itself is thoughtfully appointed, with a lovely private patio garden that opens up to a breathtaking meadow. The swimming pool is perfectly positioned to take in sweeping views of the countryside, forest, and even the village church tower - it’s the kind of peaceful backdrop that invites deep relaxation. Karen and Laka are warm, welcoming hosts who instantly make you feel at home. They offered fantastic local tips and recommendations, clearly sharing a strong connection to their community. Their genuine hospitality made the experience feel less like a rental and more like a second home. 10/10 we’d love to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an authentic French break.

Annie and Marc are really fantastic hosts. We immediately felt comfortable with you and always had very nice encounters. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet place in the middle of nature – ideally located for a few relaxing days and a good starting point to explore the beautiful Cevennes. The apartment is clean and practically furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. The terrace overlooking the river invites you to linger. For us, it was quite simply wonderful days that we were able to spend there!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandrine’s airbnb. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, the outdoor space was beautiful and so relaxing. The bed was also very comfortable. We highly recommend Sandrine’s place and hope to come back!

A haven of peace well hidden in nature! The setting is breathtaking, and the view is magnificent. Even though the weather was gloomy, we were able to enjoy the heated pool and jacuzzi, while listening to the birds sing. Thank you José for your kindness! We'll be back!

a last-minute cancellation and I found myself without accommodation. Nathalie was more than responsive and in 5 minutes I had a new accommodation. The cottage is clean, everything is perfect, nothing to say, go there with your eyes closed.
