Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Canary Islands

Zeno & Alassandra were lovely hosts. Zeno met us when we arrived, showed us around the apartment and responded quickly throughout the holiday when I needed any enquiries. The kitchen is well equipped if you need to cook any basic meals. (Two electric hobs, microwave & small oven compartment). In December the apartment was kept cool with A/C in the livingroom and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Only 2 minute walk to the promenade and beach. 5 minute walk to the local Spar & restaurants. Matagorda is a very peaceful & quiet place although it is only a 12 minute taxi ride to the busier Puerto del Carmen. This was our second time visiting this area. We had a lovely time.

PERFECT house to visit Gran Canaria. The house is large, spacious, has a very nice garden with a dining table and sunbathing hammocks. It's in a quiet area with easy parking in front of the house (we've gone in late April / early May). In the house there is everything: in the kitchen they have all the appliances and utensils you may need, in the bathroom there are towels, shampoo, soap and hair dryer (including the diffuser!) and also towels for the beach. Also Jean Marc was super kind to us. I strongly advise the house for both families and groups of friends!

Stayed at this villa for one week. Great, responsive host who was very quick to reply to my messages. Also helpful and friendly. Villa had the usual appliances you expect to find (hairdryer, etc) and the kitchen was functional for making meals. Pool in good condition and there were nice views over to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. Location was quiet and private. Supermarket within walking distance. I can't think of any negatives. We had a good stay

Wonderful in every way! The cave itself felt luxurious- clad internally in marble, architectural features, cool and well ventilated, well proportioned. It was extremely well and thoughtfully appointed- every utensil you could need! Everything had been thought of- even fresh bread delivered each day! The site is seeped in nature- Mountain Views, beautiful greenery, fresh lemons growing in the gardens, donkeys chatting away and chickens popping over to say hello! The pool and outdoor dining area again beautifully done and clean. The location is great- easy access to a beautiful beach, Santa Cruz (brilliant city) and up to the mountains also local art galleries and science museum (our kids loved both). Belen was always contactable and sent us through so many recommendations of things to do- which was very helpful indeed! We need to return to tick more off the list! We had the most wonderful family holiday here and feel restored and relaxed. Thank you Belen and Antonio.

This is quite simply the loveliest place to stay in Gran Canaria. An authentic Finca set in beautiful surroundings and Xeph is a fantastically friendly and responsive host. Loads to do in the area if you like walking, good food and spectacular views. Alternatively you could spend the whole day by the pool sunbathing and drinking cocktails. We did both! The local village, Santa Lucia is a 5 min drive away and a 25 min walk. We're just trying to work out when we can go back!

A great stay! Very nice place to stay in paradise setting. Luisa is a wonderful host who lovingly and caringly provided a cozy and unique time. Always welcome fresh towels, eggs and avocados and wine to welcome you! We could even learn Spanish from her and had nice, family exchange. Thanks! An unconditional recommendation!

Start with an insanely sweet woman who has everything left for you. Beautiful garden and nice beds on the flat. Cottage with fine internet and everything you need is present. Don't have a driver's license yourself, but by bus you can get everywhere,but a short walk to the bus. Lots of pigeons but that doesn't bother you much. Lots of plants and flowers I love that!!PRICE QUALITY TOP!!!!!!Too bad the communication has to be done by phone because English or German all don't speak in Puntagorda,but better my problem that I don't speak Spanish (so actually my problem). But good with translators on the phone it goes fine. I recommend going there,I have been there 2 times now 2 months, 2nd time 3 months!!Next year she already had a booking in February so unfortunately I won't go,but would like to go back there again. Our stay at Noelia's went very well. We were very well received, Noelia recommended places and must-see places to visit during our trip. The place had the essentials and we felt very good about it The pool was also a real asset in the accommodation, the proximity to the dunes of Maspalomas and the beach as well.

I can’t say any more than has been said. Wonderful host, excellent value for money and the hill is not Mount Everest. If you don’t want to go too far there are many restaurants 5 minutes from the apartment

Everything was perfect, we went with children and the accommodation and pool were ideal for them. Also, the hosts were always on the lookout for everything and that's to be appreciated.

Carlos was very kind and met us even though we arrived late. He was always helpful and responsive. The flat is large, bright and clean, and although the shopping centre is just opposite, it is quiet and relaxing. Thank you for a great stay, Carlos!

Everything was very good, very clean and with everything you need... José Antonio was very polite, attentive and always answered my doubts, he advised me and even warned me about the weather. Everything was great !!

Very nice, clean, carefully furnished, modern and equipped, corresponding to the photographs and what is indicated in the listing. Very comfortable beds and sofa bed. Very kind and helpful host, both in information and in case of need. Recommended!

We had a wonderful week staying at the apartment. Marisol was the perfect hostess, ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is situated in a nice and calm neighborhood with only a 3 minute walk to the Puerto Rico beach. The apartment was cozy and fresh-looking with a balcony towards the beach. It had great WiFi and Internet connection. We had nothing to complain about we really enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to come back.

great apartment with pool and beach nearby, public transport right outside apartment to los christanons and all other destinations, supermarket right next door, only thing is hot water didn't stay hot for bath to run but in the heat it's not really a problem, overall great place definitely would return:)

Joaquin’s apartment is good value, it’s basic but ideal for couples who want a quite relaxing time, the kitchen has enough utensils to cook a meal with, and British tv channels The apartment faces the sun all day, the pool is lovely all though cold when there in middle March. There is a spa supermarket just across the road,restaurants are a 5minute walk from the apartment The Volcano being the best, Joaquin was very responsive with quick interaction and nothing was to much trouble, a nice touch was a bottle of red wine waiting for us when we arrived. Jose the apartment agent was also very good at communicating and his suggestions for restaurants very helpful. I would definitely recommend Joaquin’s apartment for a stay.

Lovely bungalow in a very quite, private and safe complex. Extremely close to the beach and a short walk along the coast to town. The bungalow had everything I needed for a month long stay with brilliant communication from Noelia. Would recommend and will be back!
