Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and authentic farmhouse dating back to the 17th century located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany. The apartment is impeccably furnished in the traditional local style of old Tuscany: ancient wooden beams, terracotta floors, and unique furniture. In the large outdoor courtyard, you'll find a large swimming pool on a panoramic terrace at your disposal, overlooking the valley with breathtaking views of vineyards and olive groves, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Located in the Borgo di Pietrapiana, a typical house with exposed beams renovated on three floors, an entire house all to yourself! Separate entrance on the ground floor where the living room with fireplace and sofa bed for one person is located. On the first floor is the kitchen complete with cutlery ,glasses, wine glasses, and a microwave. On the second floor is the bedroom, with a leather bed and 2 wardrobes. The bathroom adjacent to the room is equipped with a washing machine and jacuzzi shower column.

The guest house is an independent wing of the large farmhouse on two floors: 3 double bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom. The private pool is exclusively for those who rent the house (max 5 people) We do not rent single rooms. Barbecue area. Total privacy.
