Muy buena opción! Si buscas un lugar para dormir cómodo, todo funciona, las instrucciones son claras, y todo impecable. Muy recomendable.

Los días que pasamos en casa lo disfrutamos mucho, los niños la alberca el espacio perfecto para toda mi familia.. Ana fue muy amable desde el día de nuestra llegada.. Cualquier duda ella la resolvía de inmediato... Volveríamos sin pensarlo a esta bella casa...

recomiendo la casa, pues lo que más nos gustó es la seguridad que hay en el fraccionamiento, que el anfitrión estuvo desde un día antes, durante y después muy atento a nosotros y nuestras necesidades. la casa es confortable, cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario desde vasos, tazas y sartenes, hasta lavadora, plancha y estacionamiento. en conclusión volveríamos a estar con toda mi familia en el lugar.

Mucha comodidad, buenas instalaciones, gran servicio, la familia nos sentimos muy bien.

Lorena’s place is great. It’s not close to the tourist area but is surrounded by lots of restaurants and things to do. It’s located 20 min away from the airport and very safe being inside a gated community. Very clean and neat. Thank you Lorena for your hospitality.

A lovely clean spot for a family stay. Caribe is a great host! Need a car to drive around and get to services or to the beaches. Tip: Playa Langosta is great at this time of year to avoid the seasonal seaweed.

Todo coincidía con las fotos, lugar tranquilo, nos sentimos como en casa, definitivamente lo recomiendo!

Beautiful place. Very comfortable. Nothing to do in the immediate area. Uber was easily accessible. About 20min ride to the Hotel Zone.

Claudia, fue muy amable y atenta con nosotros, estuvo al pendiente, nos orientó con ciertas dudas, el apartamento realmente acogedor, con todas las amenidades, nos sentimos como en casa, estaba como a unos 35 minutos de la zona hotelera, pero tenía varios supermercados cerca, también tenía muchas entradas para llegar al condominio, pasamos navidad y año nuevo y tuvo el detalle de llevarnos un recuerdito (vinito, golosinas, chocolates, etc) tenía todos lo que necesitábamos. La verdad regresamos sin duda!!!

We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

Quedé encantada con el lugar 😻 todo súper bonito, incluso aún mejor que las fotos. José Luis siempre bien pendiente de cualquier duda que tenía o lo que necesitara. Disfruté muchísimo mi tiempo, sin duda regresaría!

The place is really cute. Feels like I’m staying at my gmas house. It was definitely an authentic Mexico house. Nothing fancy. Pros- gated, pool, local restaurants and mini store, AC in rooms, water somewhat warm, stove was great. Fans were a big save. Pillows were nice. Cons- a few bugs (4) were killed. Dishes are outdated and blender was dirty. I had to pull it apart to clean the buildup that was in the blade area. It’s hot in the living room area. The patio furniture is outdated. Beds are more on the harder side. No blankets just sheets. Again- I loved the stay for the most part because it felt like a normal Mex home but I was not looking for a fancy stay with this one.

The room was a a described and clean! The host was very accommodating and responsive to questions/concerns. The location is ideal for someone that is looking to feel like a local. It’s in a friendly neighborhood, near nice cafes and coffee shops! I enjoyed my stay and would recommend!

The accommodation was perfect. Everything was there, from cooking utensils to a TV for watching films or series. The air-conditioning was also very efficient, and the apartment kept cool very well too. The accommodation was close to the hotel zone and the city center. As far as our host Mario is concerned, he's really a fantastic person, taking great care to ensure that his guests have everything they need. Honestly, we couldn't have wished for a better stay. On top of that he's really understanding and wants his guests to have a good stay. Because of all this I highly recommend the accommodation.

I can't say enough how much I enjoy staying at Gerardo's. He's always friendly and helpful. The apartment is absolutely wonderful and comfortable. it just has a really great vibe. This was my third stay at the tropical jungle Oasis. The location is wonderful there are so many things close by the neighborhood is safe and the whole apartment complex is absolutely charming. As for the price, you can't beat it. I feel like I got way more than I paid for. I will definitely stay again the next time I return to Cancun.

Aunque no es muy céntrico, es muy fácil ubicarlo. Hay restaurantes bonitos a minutos y lugares para comprar bastante cercanos. Fausto siempre estuvo atento y nos aclaraba las dudas que teníamos de la zona. ¡Todo excelente!

My stay at Jose’s place was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been more ideal it’s just a one minute walk from a beautiful marina side mall with a fantastic food market and a great selection of restaurants. Enjoying meals with views overlooking the water was a definite highlight. One of the most unique features was the direct marina access, you can rent a jet ski or even charter a private yacht right from the backyard. It really added an extra level of luxury and convenience to the experience. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Jose was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout our visit. His easygoing communication and willingness to accommodate made the experience completely stress-free. For the quality, comfort, and unbeatable location, the price was great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly return in future.

Excelente todo!! la instrucciones de llegada fueron clara e incluso nos permitió resguardar nuestras maletas con anticipación y se agradece muchísimo pocos anfitriones lo permiten actualmente nos dieron al bienvenida y nos mostraron las amenidades del departamento, la verdad quedamos encantados el departamento, la alberca, la zona muy tranquila y si no llevas auto te puedes mover en todo momento en la ruta 1 o uber, el anfitrión también nos hizo algunas recomendaciones nos sentimos como en casa, no queríamos irnos, la alberca es enorme, descansamos muy bien y sin duda se siente que esmeran por mantener todo bien para su huésped e insisto se agradece, no duden en reservarlo créenme valdrá la pena, como menciona justo en frente sale el embarcadero de xailing a isla mujeres, otra cosa también cuenta con lavadora instrucciones claras para su uso, confirmo recomiendo totalmente el alojamiento.

Nous avons adoré l’appartement, c’était magnifique. Le lit est confortable et la vue sur le roof top était superbe. On voit l’ocean et la shark tower ;-)

Super Energie , toller Aufenthalt Die Beschreibung zur Anfahrt war super und wir wurden vorm Haus in Empfang genommen. Uns wurde alles genau erklärt und gezeigt. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich, sauber, hell, sehr einladend. wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer, aber auch der Flair der Rückseite des Hauses, also Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern hat mir sehr gefallen. Es stand 1 Kanister Wasser bereit und auf Anfrage kam direkt ein Zweiter. Wir wurden vom Eigentümer direkt zum Supermarkt in Cancun gefahren um einen großen Einkauf zu machen. Lebensmittel in Cancun sind sehr teuer meiner Meinung nach. Die Zimmer sind super aufgeteilt mit den 2 Bädern und der Einrichtung, super. Nachts war es laut am Strand: Menschen, Musik und Motorradshows. Ist nur fair dies zu erwähnen für Menschen die einen leichten Schlaf haben. Nach 2 Gläsern mexikanischem Wein habe ich gut geschlafen, aber meine Mutter hat jede Nacht alles gehört. Strand direkt Tür sowie Restaurants, Markt
