Carolina’s House, open views from the mountains

Relax on this chill space in the mountains! Open views from the top of the Candal village, only 40 minutes away from Coimbra, clean streams, trails and wild life just around the corner! The Carolina’s House is a rustic building in a secular village, where the houses were built on the slopes by the old shepherds in the region. We have a full kitchen, portable heating and electricity, free parking, barbecue area with a view, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, hot showers with towels and quality bed sheets!

House with open-plan lounge and kitchen, 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed on the ground floor, the other with 2 single beds on the upper floor, and 1 bathroom. It has heaters in the bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The living room has a fireplace. The stairs to the second bedroom are Santos Dumont stairs: sloping, with each step going back on the side that won't be used for the ascent). Among the services we offer is breakfast, which is optional (8€ a day, per person).

Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.
