My friends and I stayed here for our first trip to Montreal, and it honestly couldn’t have been a better experience. The Airbnb was exactly as pictured clean, stylish, and super cozy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! We were close to great restaurants, and lots of fun spots to explore. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive anytime we had a question, they replied right away and made sure we had all the info we needed (even helped us with parking!). We would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Montreal, especially for a group of friends. It made our first time in the city so memorable, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The location cannot be better, close to Metro, quiet and safe. Beautiful apartment in the new building, looks exactly as on pictures, nice and comfortable. The host is very responsive, all questions are answered within minutes. Glad we found this place, fur sure will stay again.

The place was as described, clean, and the check in process was smooth. It was a bit expensive for the two nights.

We stayed for the weekend for the Montreal GP, and it was such a beautiful place, the pictures don’t do it justice. Yvon was so communicative, and the place was located so conveniently; just close enough to the bus stop and away from the crowds of people trying to get back to their hotel.

My experience at this accommodation was simply excellent! The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, which is always reassuring. The kitchen is practical and well-equipped, perfectly meeting our needs during our stay. The bedrooms are very comfortable, with beds that provided great nights of sleep. The location is another highlight: very convenient, especially being so close to Champlain Mall, which made shopping and outings much easier. I also want to highlight the host, Jenny, who was extremely attentive and always available to help during our stay. One gesture worth mentioning was when she reached out to us after we had left to return an item we had forgotten in the accommodation. This shows the care and attention she dedicates to her guests. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return if I have the opportunity! Very grateful for everything!

I stayed here for the Montreal Grand Prix and it was perfect. It was not only close to the track, but had no traffic to and from. There was free parking on the street and I had no issues finding a spot. Hugo was responsive and answered the many questions I had before booking and after. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to downtown without paying the downtown prices.

Petra’s place was a cozy, clean, relaxing place to be in. Her place had everything needed for a quick stay: coffee, tea, milk, cream, fun games and books. The king-sized bed and its pillows were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect. I spent a night at Sam's and everything went wonderfully.

Lovely, modern apartment. Super easy to get to from the airport and close to the metro. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We had a great stay!

Great rental! very clean, off street parking is a must when in Montreal...Kevin's place includes a parking space with easy access...Great coffee house/smoothie/juice bar in the building...close to great restaurants and parks...Wonderful neighborhood...as a adventure motorcycle traveler who spends a lot of time in ABB rentals, this place is awesome and very reasonable....

My wife and I stayed at Oluwaseyi’s place for our anniversary and we have no regrets. 1st of all, Oluwaseyi was very proactive in reaching out to us with clear instructions. He even personally greeted my wife and I when we arrived at his place, making sure we were okay. His place was exactly as advertised, clean and in a perfect location from many attractions and restaurants in downtown Montreal. We had everything we needed in is apartment and certainly wouldn’t hesitate in using his place again!!!

We were so happy to have Maxime and Leah’s place for our special event weekend in Montreal. The location was perfect for us and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores including Costco. The bedrooms were great for our teenagers and lots of space for everyone. The rainfall shower and the essentials oil diffuser along with a variety of oils were small details that really added to our stay. The building was quiet and the neighbourhood was nice to walk around in. Definitely recommend booking this place for your next Montreal getaway.

My family had a comfortable stay at Nicholas’s place. The place was centrally located within downtown Montreal, allowing us easy access to sights. The place was also very clean and spacious. We highly recommend this Airbnb.
