Candler Park is a walkable Atlanta neighborhood east of downtown and just south of Ponce De Leon Avenue. It was one of Atlanta’s first suburbs and was founded as Edgewood in 1890. It's home to many talented people, plus some great shops, restaurants and bars. In addition to the reserved parking space in the main driveway, there is also free parking on the street in front of the main house. ~1 mile from two MARTA stations - Candler Park and Inman Park stations. Starbucks and Aurora Coffee within walking distance. Freedom Park path access to the Atlanta Beltline. The carriage house is directly behind the main house and has 1223A just to the left of the carriage house door. There is plenty of outdoor lighting and security cameras.

You have sole access to everything in this lovely unit as well as covered front and back outdoor spaces. Parking is off-street at the back of the house We welcome furry guests! Guests can also relax in our beautiful backyard, with a set of adirondack chairs. Guests will enter through the back yard up a small set of exterior stairs. We will provide you with a keycode for entry.
