This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoy listening to the quiet rustling of the river while you drift off to sleep. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.

It borders the City of Burela where the Public Hospital of Mariña is located 5 km away and 8 km from downtown Foz.

To access the apartment, take an elevator to the fourth floor and then the stairs to the penthouse. The apartment is not downtown, but it is well located for access to beaches such as "Areoura" or "Marosa" (5 min. by car).
